missing of some cleaning items in the kitchen towels for bathroom floor and for drying hands and faces are same!!!! should be different

We truly enjoyed our stay at your apartment! It was the perfect size and very comfortable for our entire family. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. There were just a couple of minor details that could potentially elevate the guest experience even further. For instance, having a sponge and dish soap readily available in the kitchen would have been incredibly helpful. Additionally, providing separate and different towels for the bathroom floor and for drying hands and faces might be a small change that would make a big difference. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your apartment to others. Thank you again for your hospitality!

District is not very glamourous (for example in comparison to JBR). Building is basic as well. No walking areas/entertainment. Breakfast is basic + selection of indian food, but omelette is available

We stayed at 2bedroom apartment. it is nice, bedrooms are clean. Comfortable. and there are a lot cheap restaurants in the area, metro 5 min walk.

The room was a lot pricier than expected compared to a previous stay and check ins were only available in the afternoon.

The room and bathroom were very clean and had been nicely upgraded compared to my previous stay. Staff were very helpful in storing my luggage prior to check in times being in the afternoon. Food and supermarkets were conveniently located next to the accomodation and Mashreq metro station is only 5-10 minutes away by walk. Extremely convenient and only one stop away from Mall of the Emirates by metro.

This was my 3rd stay with family. Lovely experience from the Staff, Room, Facilities, Housekeeping and other services. Location is very near to Metro with many shops and Restaurants. Staff was welcoming and quick to respond. We will definately stay again.

It's a bit tricky to reach the hotel parking. Might be my bad road skills. :)

After a long time, I found another facility with excellent Staff providing high quality customer service. Thank you to Aamir at reception for the perfect check-in. Brilliantly designed room with a high ceiling giving a very comfy vibe.

I have visit rose garden many times previously aswell and like everytime the stay was very comfortable .. we took a one bedroom apartment which was very comfortable , Clean and spacious . They have very well trained and helpful staff overall , Especially Mr. Arshad at the reception, we stayed for 8 nights and he was there available to help out about anything we needed , any tour information or food etc he went out of the way for help . Will definitely consider rose garden again .

The rooms need modern facilities like USB ports. And the TV in the living room was not working for some time. Otherwise the rest was good.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The Restaurant is everyday giving you different experiences. The staff is very courteous and always willing to assist.

The restaurant looks very old and needs renovation.

I had a trip to Dubai with the family, this was my first time in this hotel, the hotel was very clean, the location is excellent and very close to the metro station and mall of emirates. What is more important was the staff who were very nice and cooperative, they upgraded my booking to one bedroom apartment to be more suitable for the family, i highly recommend this hotel to families.
