All excellent only on thing .3rd when I wanted extend my stay , there was lady at the reception she need to smile more and leave her stuff when customers are standing in front of her .

Centrally located hotel a short walk from the metro, Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. The staff were fantastic and arranged early check in.

-the women bathroom in the lobby was a little smelly and warm because of the bad air conditioner -the room beds was too soft so it wasn’t comfortable for us -our room was connected room so our next rooms sound was so loud even if they talk normally in another room we could to hear them clearly specially in the midnight (so the rooms are not sound proof)

the cleanness of the hotel rooms was perfect the breakfast was perfect and delicious and it has a good variety all the staff’s was very kind and polite specially mr islam in reception and mr karim from housekeeping ; hotel has a good access to metro station and close way to dubai mall

Breakfast was varied, with a lot of options. However not very delicious and a lot of food not suitable for morning. A lot of heavy options like sausages, sauces, soups, baked vegetables or meat. The Fresh squized juice (a lot of healthy options) , omlette station and crepe station were my options each day.

Big room and bathroom. The fresh juice maker was great. Awesome idea! Gym was really good equiped and really great for a hotel gym.

Everything was perfect.

Perfect location for sightseeing. Just next to Dubai Mall metro, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Spacious room, beautifully designed bathroom with Balmain products. Very good breakfast. Pool with Burj Khalifa view. We will be back.

The staff at the door would tell u to use Uber rather than call a cab for you . I had to wait till 3:30 pm for check in

There is nothing to dislike!

Location to the metro, Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Amenities, comfort, service, fantastic breakfast, the pool, the sauna, the gym all amazing. Top notch service from the concierge team, housekeeping and reception. We first stayed at Sofitel downtown in 2019 and absolutely loved it. This time didn’t even consider any other hotel because this is prime location, so convenient and accessible via the metro to all the major sights. Covered aircon walkway to Dubai mall right outside the hotel, you can access by going into the metro station. Staff are so attentive and provide outstanding service. We had the club access which is well worth it! The afternoon tea and pre dinner canapés are very filling. Wonderful pool with a stunning view, all rooms are modern, clean and wonderfully appointed. Love their sauna and gym as well. Breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever tried. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Dubai.

Nothing...except maybe the club access should be better, only from 3pm...no tidbits and finger food earlier....

Location was good...the Dubai metro was a short 3 min walk to the station and you could take the train to other places... Also from the dubai metro, you can walk to Dubai mall by a covered walkway , about 10 mins We have a nice high floor with club access and facing the impressive Burg Khalifa.. Housekeeper MANUHAR was great, maintaining a clean room well stocked with towels, 4 bottles of drinking water, coffee and tea
