To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainBreakfast was very crowded. Fortunately after a few days, they opened a second venue for breakfast. Both Maui & Laguna restaurant service was not good. The World Eatery buffet was not good.
Overall facilities. Pool, beach, hotel room, staff was usually friendly. Porterhouse and Moana restaurant were excellent.

Australiawe had quite a few technical problems with our room - air con wasn’t working properly and needed repair. the shower handle door basically disintegrated from rust and fell on my son’s foot. The door lock stopped working and we couldn’t enter the room until it was fixed. then the hot water broke down and we had cold showers until that was fixed later in the day..
the staff was lovely and attentive. a few pools to choose from. kids club was lovely (limited to 3 hours per day per kid). variety of restaurants

The location was excellent if you’re looking for something on palm Jumeirah. The apartment had a generous fully equipped kitchen and reasonable balcony, large separate bedroom with huge two way bathroom suite as well as 2nd toilet which is very convenient for more than 2 guests.

United KingdomNot many cons at all!! The only things I can think of is that improved signage around the resort would be great. We found it difficult to find our way back to the apartment at night because some parts/pools are shut off. Also you often get pestered around the pool by someone trying to sell boat days.
A truly fantastic place - we will be back!! We came at a good time in the season - 2nd week in September so it was very quiet, there were enough sun beds and space in the pool and the restaurants were really quiet. Staff were so helpful and lovely touches like offering a golf buggy to your apartment and opening car doors for you in the taxi area. Good choices of drinks and ice creams, we loved having a fresh smoothie every day. Fresh tap water to fill bottles up by the pool, free towels to use and bottled waters left in our rooms were an added bonus also.

Staff was very helpfull - If you have an wish they will help you out. Room/Bed was very comfortable and Luxury. There is no need to leave the hotel while you stay - Hotel has just everything you need. Normaly I leave the hotel and just use the hotel for sleeping but here I didnt want to leave the hotel. Great stay
