It’s not ordinary hotel the vibe Is very nice we feel like outside UAE and the rooms like small houses, they did set up for birthday was very nice. Pools are clean many good restaurants, we enjoyed the stay very much

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the club cars would take some time to reach whenever we called them even though the room we booked was a minute walk from the reception maybe even less. We always saw multiple club cars parked at the reception. Even at night when there were barely any people around they still took time.

The villa was very nice. Spacious rooms. They provided everything we asked for. We checked in as soon as we arrived which was maybe at 2:40 pm which was 20 minutes before check in time. I didn’t expect the room would be ready because the hotel is fully booked which would’ve been very unpleasant but fortunately it was ready.

The family pool is in very bad shape and needs refurbishing. The meal periods are very busy in their all day dining. It offers large diversity but food quality should be improved.

The architecture and design of the houses spread around the lagoons, the location, the beach, the gardens, the views from the family pool are awesome

For a 5 star resort, the food wasn’t that good. Staff’s were not that attentive and hospitable. In cinammon all day dining - the toilet is full of tissues which is scattered around the floor, we’ve stayed 3 days and it is the same story every day.

The view is amazing. Away from the hustle of the city life!

The room (even though it was on the renovated side) was smelling like mould.. The buggy service didn't work properly and should be improved. Cats, even on the table on the breakfast restaurant, weren't inviting to eat.

The beach ⛱️ is lovely. For older kids, the slights are also fun. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. In the Mediterranean restaurant the food was amazing!

-buffet style meals felt unorganised compared to other resorts we have visited. Felt like you couldnt relax and enjoy your meal as it was rushed and busy. Arriving to dinner at later times meant less options. -Additional costs for lots of things that you would expect to be included when paying for all inclusive. - Staff argued in front of us when serving on several occasions ruining calm and happy atmosphere. -mosquitos everywhere! Had to request extra plug ins in room even though we did not open balcony doors.

Masseuse salesperson around the resort by the pool and beach , don't seem knowledgeable about what they are talking! Honestly for a 5 star you should be careful with this kind of approach

Great hotel, perfect location, their lovely beach, swimming pools, lush garden and landscape are one of the best. We also enjoyed our night watching the havana duo and the tannoura dance show. Breakfast was tasty and has many choices in Cinnamon restaurant..Staff are amazing especially Rochelle. Everything was so nice..definitely we will stay again in this hotel on our next vacay.

pool a bit old if you take some picture yellow stain is visible already need maintenance, breakfast same for 2 days not changed but good breakfast, room is excellent but pillow need changing its hard not soft, sauna one area with tile need maintenance with stain of yellow already very visible so i stayed in the wooden sauna
