To start with check in counter had only 1 person and so we had to wait for a while.. he spoke so fast to explain what all amenities and facilities are there that we kept insisting him to repeat. We thought that it was hard only for us but even the other people felt this way.. for a high end hotel he had quite questionable English and it was so hard to communicate for e.g if he had to ask D.O.B he would just say year? Year? Repeatedly.. for switching the A.C on or off you need to leave your bed there's no control of a.c near the bed or remote.. so If you're uncomfortable with the temperate at night.. no choice but to keep getting out of your bed.. its not one of those resorts wherein customer comfort is priority.. its more like any commercial hotel.. check in stay check out and thats it.. ive stayed at much better properties on Yas for lesser prices.. maybe you should reconsider this hotel considering its very average for the exorbitant price.. don't even get me started on the SPA prices.. RIDICULOUS to begin with.. and not like their spa services are top in the city but only in the pricing..

It was an average experience overall.. I wouldn't say it was bad at all.. what I liked is the courteous housekeeping Staff.. even the customer care whenever you dial they are ready to assist you immediately.. food is great.. I loved their breakfast buffet..

The hospitality of the staff is beyond excellent, they made sure we had the most amazing stay ever! All of the personnel had a very personal approach and went as far as surprising us with rose petals on the bed. The facility itself is incredible, the lights really make it stand out at night and the wet deck embraces the mood of the stay which is relaxation and intimacy. The room is clean, big and has a nice balcony on the racetrack. Bonus points for the bathtub and shower that lets you use both streams of water at the same time!

Room service is overpriced (even for the industry standards), but the quality and delivery speed are good. Expect the constant airplane noise. Our 3-year-old boy was not feeling well during the evening, so we asked the concierge for a thermometer. At first, we were told that they would send one over in a few minutes and then we were called back and told that they had no thermometer we could borrow (or buy). A bit strange considering that not long ago, during the pandemic, you couldn't take a step without someone pointing a thermometer at you....maybe the one they had ran out of battery : )

We are repeating guests of the W Hotel on Yas. The one-bedroom suite is always clean and in good shape. Staff friendly and professional. The Saturday brunch is one of the best in AUH.

The yas beach is a worst place I have been in UAE. The pool on the 9th floor is not the most convenient place if you plan to sunbathe: all the time there are a lot of men employees who urgently need to fix something right beside you. Not the best feeling being naked when 10 strangers are staring at you

I got the very early checkin! Hammam in the gym was great! It is separated and absolutely not overcrowded ( I was all alone both times).

The breakfast was a disappointment. It was an international breakfast, which did include a large range of food types. However, it wasn't to my taste. The seating was very crowded, and the outside seating, as amazing as it might look, was super noisy to enjoy. Also, one group of our family members stayed in the room facing the marina; they couldn't sleep all night due to the music blasting all night

Great staff, very helpful. I traveled with my family, and we managed to get a connecting room. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We used taxis to travel within Abu Dhabi, which was not an issue to get in and out of this hotel.

They were going to charge us double the price of the room until I showed them the booking. Tv did not work so had to have IT come and fix, few places to eat at 5pm. Quite a hectic noisy hotel. Need more staff to cater in the restaurant for breakfast service.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like. I appreciate that the Fantastic Suite was at a higher price point but I think absolutely worth it given the level of service, the facilities available and the location which would be PRIME for any races at Yas Arena.

The room was fantastic. We had a beautiful view of the marina and sunrises were just glorious. There was some light ambience from the marina around us but that did not bother us at all. We loved hearing the sounds of people enjoying. The Fantastic Suite we had was spacious and the facilities brilliant. LOVED the option of a balcony as we don't really have that option in most hotel rooms in Perth, Australia.
