Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The renovations are a bit noisy, but not too bad.
The pool facility is very nice and safe for small children. The breakfast is exceptional good. The hotel is busy with a renovation project where the rooms will all be renovated. It is still good value for money.

Slightly dated rooms but they are renovating the hotel so would definitely return once this is done.
Staff were incredible, they couldn’t have done more for us. Good breakfast

- Room feels old and dusty. Expensive for what you get - Pillows are uncomfortable. - There's construction work happening within the hotel so it was difficult to sleep past 9am

There was a renovation going on so we had to ask to stop the drilling so the kid could sleep during his day nap. There is no access to the beach directly you have to cross the road and use crown plaza beach ( yes it takes less then 3 minutes but still). You have to walk from the taxi /car drop to the main entrance which is very inconvenient when you have kids and the stroller
The breakfast was good,the room is spacious, the Y bar is good, staff is very friendly and helpful. The kids room is great as well

Exact same food on the buffet every morning and every night. No variety at all. Bathroom was a bit rundown.
The pool area was great, and the kids club was a big help. Excellent location for the theme parks. Staff were very nice.

The service wasn’t too good … Joseph at the reception was good By the end of the stay I couldn’t figure out of water was chargeable or non chargeable … was free but will get only one or two bottles of water !!!

Beach in Yas Island is artificial and average at best Hotel room lacked few things, like a chair - there was a desk, but no chair which was weird Pool was closed during out stay
Hotel is very close to being a real 5* even thou currently its showing as 4* only Fantastic food Clean and bright rooms Friendly Staff Close to attractions at Yas Island

Difficult to control the water temperature when showering - either too hot or too cold

The balcony was very dusty but I can’t expect much given it is a desert after all… otherwise
It is super close to the airport and has a lovely view of parts of the Yas marina circuit and Ferrari world. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly!

The entrance of the property is hidden took me a few rounds to find it especially as it was raining heavily. Some bright signage would be nice.
Location to the Event Center and it was big rooms and clean.

Just the little things like for example the bathroom had scalding hot water in all it's pipes 24/7 so yous had to actually figure out the perfect angle to set it at /or just wait for the water to cool down AND yes I do know how to operate the knob and neither extreme was cool. :)
The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to accomodate and make you feel at home. The location was fantastic. Rooms were pretty good and extremely clean.

Pool and spa were closed. Hotel got quite damaged during heavy rain, also got water in my room (had to move to another room)
Helpful and friendly staff. The first room I got (on the 10th floor) was very good! Good lunch!

The breakfast was a little chaotic at times, but there was a good choice of food and drinks. Yas Beach was a little disappointing on this visit.
The room was excellent, the pool was lovely and the staff were brilliant. The kids club was also an added bonus, which my son really enjoyed for an hour in the afternoons.
