United States of AmericaWe didn’t like that we could not bring food from the restaurant to our room. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous but you cannot take any uneaten food back with you. I disliked having to throw out my expensive food. Also the beds were very uncomfortable. They were 2 beds pushed together and they would separate in the middle. We kept having to push them back together. The shower is very tiny.
The environment was beautiful.

United States of AmericaThis was my third visit. The food was fair. I missed the buffet, gone because of Covid. The vegetables were very fresh and crispy this trip, but the seafood choices were limited and bland. I also preferred coffee in the room. The towels were not fluffy, very thin, almost threadbare. The king bed I requested was two single beds pushed together- Not the same thing. The bathroom was very small, definitely not for two people. The bar staff and the Rum Punch was exceptional. It was nice, but not as nice as past visits.

United States of AmericaALL INCLUSIVE SHOULD MEAN ALL INCLUSIVE!!!! I have been to 12+ Caribbean Islands and when I have stayed in an all inclusive property I have never experienced limitations on food and drink choices, highly disappointing and would be my reason NOT to recommend or stay at this property again. This was also one of the more expensive all inclusive properties I have stayed at--absolutely NO value for the money.
The staff were AWESOME!!!! As in all other reviews, the staff made the place and my stay. Very pleasant, accommodating. The young lady at the bar finally warmed up to me on my last day, lol. Damon, the food and beverage manager and all his staff were the best!

United KingdomThe way the all inclusive is organised is frustrating as not clear the reason behind some basic cocktails not being included. Restaurant could be better organised and staff with few exceptions looks miserable and not particularly welcoming.
Good location to explore the north of the island without staying in the more busy areas. Food generally good but very limited/repetitive options on the all inclusive menu.

United States of AmericaThe food at the restaurant were average. Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner left much to be desired. The “ catch of the day” was not fresh fish. The tuna served was a frozen piece of fish similar to what you can buy at BJs wholesale. I think they can do better for the all inclusive price paid.
amazing sea view, nice balcony, plenty of storage, good water pressure, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and seating in bar area, waiter service at the beach, nice open air restaurant, great Tuesday night entertainment, nice beach, overall a nice, relaxing vibe. Although we didn’t take advantage, many excursions are available to book. great outdoor massage available. the Antiguan yogurt: delicious!

United KingdomFound the property in need of some TLC, appeared quite rough around the edges, definitely shabby chic. Booked a ‘couples’ massage to be told they only have one masseur with one bed hence we would have to go at different times, surely this cannot be called a ‘couples’ massage. arrived on time to the constant sound of builders working literally next to the Spa using hammer drills and banging!! cancelled the massage which was disappointing. Rarely used the pool area due to the builders. Pool area very nice but the actual pool in need of maintenance. New soft towels for the rooms and for beech/pool is a must please!
Restaurant was exceptional with a good choice to suit everyone , always greeted with a smile from the lovely staff. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Large swimming pool with ample sun lounger’s. Views to die for…

United KingdomNothing that we didn't really like but it would have been good if there was a little more entertainment in the evening (only one night of organised entertainment per week). The live band we saw were brilliant (sorry can't remember their name). The hotel is a little tired looking but that adds to its charm.
We had a sea room view on the top floor with an absolutely fantastic view over the beach and sea. The food was good but will be even better when it reverts to being self service. The reception staff were very efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

United KingdomWe chose to just have breakfast at the hotel rather than all inclusive as we wanted to explore the island. This was the best option but we had a meal at the hotel the first night whilst we got our bearings and the food was ok, but it wasn't good value for money. Similar with the drinks, so if you plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel I would recommend opting for all inclusive.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Really lovely pool and a real community feel amongst the guests. We really liked the location of the hotel; we were close to St John where there are lots of lovely restaurants, but it was still quiet and peaceful. A lot of the best beaches were the other side of the island, however it only took 40 minutes to get from one end to the other, so if you rent a car this is really not a problem.

United KingdomThe wifi in the rooms was dead slow - not enough to sustain a Zoom call. Blistering fast in the lobby, so the problem could be resolved.
Excellent atmosphere, delightful staff. The meals were innovative and table service exemplary. Located on the sea, the resort is peaceful. There was an abundance of outdoor furniture, plenty of corners in which to find privacy and a fantastic swimming pool.
