Vila Tufi is not 200 m from the beach or even 400 m from the beach. It's about 1000 m from the nearest beach

1. Air conditioning was offered, booked, but missing in the appartment. 2. Very few dishes available. 3. Gas was not working. We received an external gas tank. Electric cooking appliance was very slow. Oven was ok. 4. Beds were very unconfortable. 5. Shower suage was not cleaned, sometimes water came out of the bathroom.

Nice location. Large terrace. Personnel was always there, willing to assist you. Friendly people. 15 min walk to the beach.

The apartment is a bit of in an old state, the sink was rusty and so the water tasted funny. The kitchen need some extra or new tools.

Very nice location in the green, a nice complex of studios with a nice bar (the beer is so good). I think that the value of money is very high here and that the reception staff is made by super kind people always available to help

The improvement needs to be done with T.V as there where no connections for channels with bad signal and no hot water only two people could have a shower so therefore not very good the value for money .

I was on third floor - unpleasant. I didn't have roof on the balcony, if it's raining, everything is wet. We had problems: missing some dishes, toilet leak, front door was a disaster, water gone 2 times (one time in the middle of bathing)

People working there were very pleasant, kind and helpful. Nice parking and yard.

Our apartment was poorly equipped with kitchenware, no small spoons, no proper coffee cups (a few extremely small ones which the locals probably use), only 3 plates for soup and flat ones (but the booking is for 4 people and they know it), no frying pan, no garbage cans (we had to ask for a frying pan and garbage cans ourselves). Plus, a lot of the kitchenware was dirty and not washed when we arrived. The electricity goes off when you try to use the stove, our toilet got clogged (not by our fault) and it smelled bad most of the time, mosquito nets on doors were ripped, poorly built apartments with low sound proofing (which means we could hear everything from the neighbors). The location of the villa is quite far from the beach, we did a lot of walking to get there. Not satisfied and not coming back again there.

The staff was very helpful. The apartment was quite spacious, one of the very little good things about it. The location of the villa is next to a pine tree forest, which means the air is very clean.

We are more than pleased, the room was super clean, air conditioner free wifi, delicious breakfast and the staff was very helpful with everything. The beach is like 5 min from the hotel I would 100% recommend ☺️

The hotel has 2 buildings the first one is better to stay. When i see photos in Booking, I didn't know that :(
