I have to say that I was not sure to book thr hotel or not due to the reviews here. Now, I am not sure why people are complaining. We have given it a chance and it was shown immediately that this was great choice. Interior of the hotel is modern, the room was perfect. Even refrigirator in the room, and not a smal one! Breakfast was really good. You allways have fruits, vegetables, eggs, cereals, cheese and ham on the menu. Not sure why someone was complaining in the review that the morning menu is not OK. Much bigger and expensive hotels could be ashamed of their offer. Hotel is in perfect location, out of the city center crowds, just 5 minute walk downhill from the beach and cca 30 minutes relaxing walk from the city centre. Room was cleaned on a daily basis. A big plus is, and this goes to the guy from the reception (did not remember the name), we had all the time parking in the yard of the hotel. Without any additional charge. If you have been in the city, you would know how hard is to find a parking. In general, I would recomend this hotel for a short or longer stay. P.s. hotel restoraunt has great prices and pasta is excellent.

The staff is so friendly and they are good at speaking Italian. Everything was always clean (room, restaurant and toilets). Eval is also a good restaurant, breakfast included.

the drain in the shower was clogged, so that the water flowed down slowly There was no big mirror in our suite.

40 minute walk to the centre of sarande, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I did expect a little bit more for the price but it was still lovely.

Staff were so friendly, the room was a good size (view wasn’t that great) bathroom was also a good size. Breakfast was good. It states that there is a private beach in front of the hotel which we assumed meant we’d get access for free but it wasn’t. There was a beach just next to it which was much cheaper and a lot nicer. The walk to Sarande itself was about a 40 minute walk on uneven paths but it wasn’t too bad. Either that or a 10 minute taxi ride which wasn’t expensive. Loads of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Lovely stay

Family suite is huge and spacious. It was fairly clean but could be cleaner. We liked that hotel was away from the city crowdness, tough having a private beach just in the front. Hotel restaurant is very good, breakfast is good and the restaurant menu diverse with very low prices. If visiting Sarande again we wouldnt doubt to choose it again.

Maintenance of the property should be improved. Repairmen of the broken shelf, tubs etc. International TV channels can be added.

Location of the hotel is great. Staff was polite and responsive. Hygiene and cleaning of the property was on high level. Breakfast was good and nutritious. Room was cleaned regularly. View from the room to the sea was great.

Disappointment from the very beginning. Booked a room for 3 people, got shown a super small room with 2 beds and were told they were gonna push a 3rd bed in. So basically connect 3 beds together. They were constantly blaming booking.com for everything. No space to breathe literally. No parking either, you have to hope there is space somewhere around the location and risk getting your car damaged as the roads are very narrow. Would recommend this place only for the restaurant, as for accommodation - definitely not.

The reserved rooms with the see view, didn't have any see view as they were on the ground floor and the windows opened to the street and there was a fence that closed all the view. The reception boy could never be found as he was frequently missing. The doors to the rooms were not working properly. The rooms were not cleaned in time, the towels were not changed during our stay. From the 4 rooms that we populated one was never cleaned, the reception boy forgot to tell us that there is only one key for this room and it should be left at the reception for the cleaning lady. There is not sufficient space to park the multiple cars.

The size of the rooms and accommodations were fine. The breakfast was good and the waiters and barmen very pleasant persons. The hotel is placed close to the Mango beach, which is very good.

1. Stress 1: The attitude of the younger manager. Right upon arrival, even with the suitcases in our hands we were asked to pay the whole sum in advance. I have protested and said that this is not a proper way to greet the guest, since I have booked my stay over booking.com, the site has my credit card info, and there is zero chance that I can run and not pay for my vacation. Very odd behavior, which shows mistrust toward the guests from day one. In order not to continue with stress, me and the other family we were with, paid in full in cash and went to the apartments. 2. Stress 2: Via booking.com we reserved a sea-view apartment with 5 beds. When we entered the apartment there were only 4 beds and one chair. The other family, our friends (who were 2) also got the 4-bed apartment. We suggested as a fast solution, one bed from their room be transferred to our room. And surprisingly, the first response was: NO. After a push and pull conversation, they agreed to move the bed from one apartment to the other. 2. Stress 3: I asked for extra towels (we were 5 people, but received only 3 towels) The manager again with attitude started to ask me why I need extra towels and do I use them to go to the beach with them (!?) After I told him that we are 5 people, he went to the staff and yelled something at them so later that day towels were brought to us. 3. Stress 4: Breakfast included = every day for breakfast you will get eggs and a glass of juice. The alternative was "lokuma" - dough and a bowl of marmalade 4. Stress 5: Parking available = Parking is on the street in front of the hotel or on the street behind the hotel. We were lucky to be ahead of the season and park in front of the hotel. But the more the hotel was filled with guests, the more it was impossible to find a parking space. Big problem!

1. The hotel rooms are what you see in the pics available. We also go the rooms with the sea view, which was very nice. 2. The cleaners cleaned the rooms daily but changed the sheets every third day. 3. Workers in the hotel are very nice and try to be friendly and talkative. This includes also the other manager - Baki.

From arriving to departure everything was great! Staff and service were amazing, in synchrony with the beautiful location, the views overlooking the sea and the great vibe and atmosphere. Rooms were spacious and super clean. We loved it and cannot wait to go back!

My stay to Eval Hotel was short but e very good experience. The hotel was very nice, clean, quite. We had a very good breakfast. The location was almost 2 km from the city center but it wasn't a problem. there is a supermarket only 30m from the hotel and also an ATM machine next to the hotel. Since it was a very good weather we had the possibility to stay at the beach that was only 80 mt from the hotel. And the mos beutiful thing is the view from the room. I will recomend the hotel to my frind as well.

Really a very good 4* hotel. I was there for only one night they did also an upgrade free of charge in a frontal sea view room. Amaizing view of the sea. The beds was very comfort, and it was a very quite place. I also eat dinner at the restaurant and the prices and food was really good. I will return in summer with my family.

Would not recommend zero floor = no balcony, the humidity was very high in the room, so all the clothes were dumped (wet). Parking is problematic.

The room was cleaned everyday but not the bathroom,this I really didn’t understand. The day before checkout there was no cleaning at all. As I said the room is beautiful(I booked a suite for 6 people) but there was only one mirror in the bathroom and a small opened wardrobe which could be good in a small room for a 2-3 days staying but not in a family room that stays one week.

Clean and beautiful property situated less than 10 mins away from the port and central area and roughly 15 mins away from Ksamil,the bus stop is just outside the hotel which makes it very practical if you don’t rent a car. In a 100m radius from the hotel you have 3 different beaches,so perfect location. The hotel menu for lunch and dinner has interesting dishes. The room is beautiful and we had a terrace where 7 people could fit perfect for chilling Hotel Staff speaks Italian and English and were always ready to help. Super friendly and polite. Definitely recommended!

Person in organisation booking is very proffesional. Food in restorant /a la cart/ is very good, excelent relation value for money Hotel in nice, good interier, front beach, our room have a beautiful view to the sea. Location hotel is in the area Sarande close to beach in Xsamil
