The common areas (living room, bathroom) tend to smell like cigarette smoke. It may be because of the previous guests but would have been nice to have been aired out.

Good location close to supermarkets, beach, restaurants. Staff was kind enough to provide missing items (shower gel, extra toilet paper, tea towel) when asked. Parking on site. Was flexible re: check in time. We were there during off season so most restaurants were close and I think that helped with no noise from bars.

Rooms are very clean, everything well-kept. Great location, there are shops, restaurants around and it’s very close to many different beaches. The owners are very nice and helpful, we could always count on them. What’s more, on the day of departure the owner took us with his car to the port of Saranda. Thank you for a great stay! We stayed in Villa Oden for one full week and our stay was fantastic! It is a family business and they are so sweet, friendly and kind. You can really feel safe with them and you can tell they are good soul people! They even offered us a ride to the port on our last day for free. Location: 10/10! It is located 2 min walking to the main beach in Ksamil (poda beach). Also 2 min walking to the main square in Ksamil, full of restaurants, bars and the supermarket. Also 2 min walking to the bus stop that takes you to Saranda center and the Saranda Port. The apartment: very cozy studio with a fully equipped kitchen, we cooked every night and it was very comfortable. The air conditioner works amazing and the bed is very comfortable. Even if it’s located in the heart of Ksamil we had good sleep and didn’t hear any music. The price: Ksamil is definitely not a cheap place anymore as it is full of tourist and we even visited in high season (beginning September), villa Oden has an amazing price , quality-price is unbeatable! *the owner is very kind and asked us everyday if we wanted her to clean our room or change towels which is very nice!! Don’t think twice and stay here cause it will be very valuable for your money!

I felt there could’ve been a few basics in the kitchenette like oil, salt, pepper coffee? This meant we have to buy oil when we were only there for a few days which was inconvenient.

The family who owned the property were so lovely and kind. The location was perfect, lots of restaurants and beaches nearby. Apartment was clean and a good size

We had a great time in a great location. It is in the center, yet hidden from all the noise from the bars and clubs. I wouldn't trade the location with anyone. The hosts are very friendly and helped us with everything that we asked.

Good location, very clean and great staff. We were impressed with how well the daughter was able to communicate with us to get us what we need, laundry, blanket etc). We stayed for 4 nights very comfortably and we had our sheets and towels changed after the nights which is great.

The heaters in the bedroom only worked when the doors were shut, which meant the kitchen/living room was not able to heat up.

We had a bit of a language barrier, not so great that we could not understand each other, but it took some effort

Accommodation was spacious, as four had more then enough room, the view from the entrance was quite nice, the landlady was helpful and forthcoming

Parking was tight despite there being another area available. From a conversation between the owners, we understood that the other area wasn't offered to us as we were only staying one night.

Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The owner was generous to gift us some lemons from the garden.

But I have to tell the truth. We were expecting a mattress that wouldn't make a hole, a longer shower hose so you could wash your intimate area better, the sea view from the room was actually not from the room but from a common terrace, the fight with the ants because of which you could not leave anything on the table and the space in the room is enough for 2 people. The music until 12 at night was quite disturbing.

The host was extremely friendly and available. We were asked if we wanted to clean our room, we received toilet paper, clean towels and trash bags. They allowed us to keep the bikes at the reception. We liked the kitchen. The bathroom is small, but being of a normal body weight, we were able to comply. They are close to beaches and shops.

We booked this place through booking.com. We were very satisfied with this place. Our unit was on the second floor, very specious, with kitchen equipped with everything necessary. The two bedrooms are large, with air conditioning, and pleasant balconies. The wifi was very good. The owners were great, very friendly people and always available for everything we needed. They would go over and beyond to be helpful. The entire complex is very nice inside and outside, with beautiful landscape, and outdoor cooking amenities and barbeque. The view from our place was superb, it had sea views and city views. The price is reasonable. It is in a great location, few minutes away from several beaches, very close to shops and many restaurants. There is also secured parking at the villa. We had a wonderful time and always would go back. This place is exceptional and we would recommend it with full heart.

Some of the cutlery looked like it hadn’t been washed very well so we made sure to wash everything before and after use.

Room is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Air-con works very well cooling down all the rooms. Loved the balcony and so close to the beaches and restaurants. Friendly hosts always willing to help.

We heartily recommend this apartment. Here are the main reasons: + Location is almost perfect. All main beaches are 5-15 to reach. It is also not too far (5-10 minutes) from the restaurants and supermarket + Very friendly hosts. We rarely met such warm-hearted and always willing to help people. They were always there and asked as if we need something and helped us with recommendations. + Lovely accommodation. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with nice balcony. It was calm and not crowded at night. There was also mosquito prevent for the windows. - There's really nothing that we didn’t like at this apartment. About Ksamil: We were here at the beginning of the August and most of the beaches were overcrowded. We strongly recommend visiting Arameras and Pema e Thate beaches, which are 20 minutes drive by car from Ksamil.
