Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesWe stayed 3 nights, 4 days at this hotel, and all the 3 days breakfast was the same manu. If they had changed the menu daily, it would have been awesome. On the first day we liked breakfast very much, the other 2 days we did not like it as it repeats the same menu..

GermanyCleanliness - there was dust on the furniture. There was a dirty shower cabin in the bathroom. (that channel where the cabin glass stands) Breakfast - coffee must be better. The croissant was not fresh. The tables were not cleaned from the previous guests. (there were food crumbs) Breakfast is from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. It should start earlier and last longer. There is no grocery store nearby. Taxi - from the airport to the hotel was more expensive than through the App (GG app) or Booking.
Location - good not quite perfect. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to the center. Staff - friendly. Room - large, spacious. Internet - excellent. Safety - I felt safe in the hotel and in the location where it is located. It is not necessary to use public transport, the GG App is great and you can move around the city cheaply with it. The hotel is very peaceful, quiet. There is no noise, and you can rest.

NetherlandsSometimes there’s a dj at the pool that plays music so loud I put earplugs in. Like: nightclub on a Friday loud. The manager(?) lady of the pool bar was angry and rude all week. Literally saying ‘whát’ when we wanted to order something, like I was annoying her. The breakfast is a bit simple and offers no variety. Coffee machine rarely works.
Good, clean, big hotel. Big windows, rooms are spacious, beds are good. Reception is professional and speaks English. We went away for a few days and they kept our bags, it was no problem. Pool area is nice. Staff (like cleaning staff) is very friendly. Amazing showers.

United Arab EmiratesHonestly, their Booking and Reception staff needs to know more to handle the clients. What ever request we made like early Check In - they replied No and asked for extra charges( 50%). There was no Shuttle service. They said we have not received the Payment from Booking.com and when we booked it was mentioned that you would be charged 2 days prior to Check In. I requested CASH - change in smaller denomination they could not help and just said sorry we don't have it. I would request management to have Courteous staff and one that helps its customers., because they take with you the name of the Hotel ( organisation) , your City and your Country. If the People are warm , courteous and nice you have such Nice Hotel and Room that you shall never run out of customers. If you go all out to help your customers they are bound to give good reviews and do word of mouth marketing.
The Restaurant Manager was really very nice Mr. Tigran. We wanted Jain food and he tried his best what he could to accommodate and give best we could eat. Moreover, they had pretty descent variety of food but the space they had restaurant was big and nice.It had Pool nearby so in summer it would be great outdoors. The Rooms were nice and spacious . For Family like us it was perfect rooms. Moreover, it was clean and Service staff was really good. The Beds were nice and comfy too.

PolandAs in neighborhood is full with government building in many placestaking picutres is forbidden. This prohibition applies to the area outside of hotel (ban is not clearly marked) and even from windows in room (there are some signs glued to the window) It was so, so strange. Especially that those security staff and police, tend to be very inpolite and they are watching you very carefully during you come or out from hotel.
Hotel has not very central localisation, but it's very easy to get to main Yerevan attractions from there (there is nice pedestrian tunnel to city center). Neighbourhood is safe - there are some goverment buildings arround and there is a lot of police and other security. Room was very big, on high floor. Room was modern, well equipped and very comfortable. Breafast was tasty, but as later you came - less dishes you could choose. Free parking around.

IndiaNo coffee sachet in the rooms. So we will have to wait till 8am to get the coffee from the restaurant.
Very good place. I have booked one suite and four double rooms. The room was very clean. The breakfast was rich in variety and very good buffet. No coffee sachet in the room. The location is okey. Walkable from town centre. Always recommend.

United KingdomThe building utself is not new, and the balcony door was not tight, which may be a problem during windy winter nights. The food is good, but mostly the same every day, so breakfasts become a bit boring if you live there more than two nights.
Quite clean, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Had all my issues resolved immediately after contacting the reception.

LithuaniaThe breakfast was good, but the restaurant do not posses the pots that keep food warm and if you come to breakfast ~9.00 the food, which suppose to be warm, is cold and means not tasty, and it repeated all 3 mornings. Vegetables also taken straight from fridge and very cold. The area in lobby bar always in cigarette smoke smell, so if you are not smoker you will not sit there. The hotel is renovated, but windows kept old, they are big and if to open these it it not t seems to be safe because no any security barriers installed prevent from possible falling out.
Good, quite location, close to city centre, big, renovated room, very clean , water, tea, coffee available in the room, stuff very friendly and helpful if any request, wifi working well, nice view to Ararat mountain. Good breakfast.
