The breakfast was not super quality, especially after 9:30, despite being available til 10:00 with certain things missing already. Someone unlocked our door in the middle of the night and looked in to our room. And there were holes in some of the bedsheets.

The mattresses were superbly comfortable! The reception desk staff were very kind and friendly.

I reaaly cannot remember if there was anything I didn't like. I mean most important thing is the service offered by the staff, which was a professional hospitality service, and they were very helpful, their only concern was what can be done more to make their guests stay a memorable one.

Perhaps the only thing I didn’t like was that my towels were not changed by new clean ones, but this could have been a communication problem.

Great location, only a 5 min walk from the cascade. Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Staff makes you feel at home and are always happy to help. Price was very reasonable. Cash machine inside the hotel is quite convenient. Wifi was great speed.

I don't mind some degree of natural wear&tear, but there are some things that cost almost nothing to fix. In this case the locking mechanism of bathroom door was broken and a lot of black mold was in the bathroom. That's a shame!

It's a good value, considering prices these days

The fridge is not working, it works for warming, not cooling. TV had issues with the sound so it did not work. The windows would not open because of the curtain rails. Towels are a bit worn out.

Place, place and place. Cleaning is good. There is a shoe polishing machine on each floor.

I went to the bar and ordered a coffee and sweet so I gave the bar man 5000 of the local currency and my bill was 3600 so he gave me something to sign and just stood there not returning my cash so I counted it as a tip and left trying to be nice even though it was so unprofessional, check out day they held me for more than half an hour demanding payment and eventually got in touch with the bar man who denied my payment at first but when I asked them to call the police and check cameras he backed down and said yes I paid him but it was a tip .!!!!! 5000 is hardly any value I actually paid for 2 people even though I'm alone just for the bed so money isn't the issue here. I might expect a taxi driver or someone at a local market to try rise the prices as I'm a tourist but not a staff member stealing me like that delaying my travel plans . the receptionist was a nice girl but didn't know what to do so please be careful and keep your belongings safe if you decide to go there

The room is old and fridge is not working properly. Only noise and no cold. The bath room needs to be repaired ans is dirty a bit. Smell from the kitchen. TV is not working. The hotel is on the busy street. Hard traffic.

the room i booked with balcony was not available. had to wait until they set up a regular room. the facilities were very old and the shower was rusty. felt reluctant to go in. still made me pay for a superior double room even though they put me a regular room. wifi was barely working. the room felt old and had a strange smell.

Really slow service. I had to convince them to get me an extra glass. I called for an extra blanket n it was torn. The bathroom floor on the shower area was dirty and the kettle was dirty too. It she brown particles that mixed with the water.

not clean,, no one was their to help with luggages we asked for towels and we didn’t get it until 2 nights,, rooms are dirty,, toilets are old,, never been cleaned,, breakfast was awful,, they said they will make 20% discount but it wasn’t done,, if they like to have many visitors they should make a new plan,, all bedsheets and whites are old and cut
