Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was no instructions how to use the safety box in the room. No toilet paper in the main hotel women’s restroom and faucet in the male restroom was not working at the time we were leaving after checking out.
Staffs were very nice and helpful and service was excellent. Very good location and walking distance to restaurants and some attractions.

We arrived at 2 a.m. and had to wait for 15 min outside till somebody opened the door for us although I said in the reservation we will arrive that late
Nice personal, too good care of our luggage after we checked out so we could still enjoy the city

There were no plugs close to the bed which made it difficult to charge phones/computer at night.
Everything at the property was very professionally handled. My booking was for one location but they had an unfortunate mishap with the rooms so they re-booked me at their other location nearby. They arranged my taxi and offered me free breakfast for the inconvenience. My room was beautiful with two story windows and lovely light coming in in the morning. The breakfast was delicious and delivered to the room. All the amenities were very comfortable.

The bathroom is weird. We cant barrely open the door, not enough space for two people. The door of the bathroom doesnt let you to put or remove your things easily from it.
The breakfast was generous. The room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The condition of the bathroom was not the best. The shower head was not properly fixed. Some maintenance and renovation would be useful.
The staff was helpful, they speak English. The location was good.

The door needs a digital key and is not working well so in the end they gave us a physical key and this solved the problem
The location is good, walking distance from the main attraction and have supermarkets etc close by. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast is good quality.

They block an amount before your arrival and even though you pay everything at the end, they don't unlock it

Use of a bluetooth app to open room doors (instead of cards or keys) made me feel insecure. Minutes after we checked in, another group was able to open our door and walk into our room.
Location was good, facilities clean.

Bathroom is not so clean and tight. There is no amenities to use. (toothbrush) Very crowded elevator.
Location is good. The access for everywhere in the Buenos Aires is easy and fast. The room is huge and there is a lot of space to keep your stuff in the closet.

Amazing location, close to many restaurants and stores. Common areas clean and spacious. Staff at reception and breakfast service was incredibly gentle. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good and everyday there were some different items Everything was as expected and showed in booking

The toiletries were not great. The phone key system was alright but a bit annoying.
Cozy room with comfortable beds for the entire family. Good buffet breakfast with local specialities. Great location.

Lobby is plain. But this is not important.
Although the lobby of the hotel is kind of plain, the hotel room is big and spacious. The staffs were wonderful. l really like the location. I walked to all the attractions. This is one of the best value I got for hotel stay.

The bathroom is badly designed with a much too large door for its size and you have to go over a high bath and squeeze yourself between the sink and shower door to get into the shower.
The hotel is well situated not to far to walk to most touristy places: Colon Theater, Obelisk, Casa Rosada. The rooms are very spacious with a king size bed, a pullout couch, coffee table, and a counter with a mini fridge. Breakfast was plentyfull and delicious. There was a selection of pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, scrambled eggs, vegetables, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, maté. Great value!
