The location of the hotel isn't in the centre of the city, my mistake as I should have researched more. I was unable to have any spa treatments/use the facilities when I arrived as I hadn't pre-booked however I had reached out to the hotel the week before and had no response so this was a little disappointing.

The hotel is great, its very simple, as most city hotels you don't spend much time there so its a good comfy bed, a big spread for breakfast and hot showers and good internet.

The facility has little to no extra services. The pool was nice but had a really limited menu of drinks to order from. No room service, so don’t count on having dinner in the hotel. There are some restaurants near by, but no room service.

very nice rooms and located in a small commercial complex. Really near to a Western Union, good for foreigners that with to exchange currency. Rooms were quite spacious and had comfortable beds and a nice bathroom.

Very good shower with hot water with good pressure however the shower does wet the bathroom a lot (as is the same with all argentinian places we've been to).

Very large room, with a large and comfortable bed, very good shower with hot water with good pressure. Good heating and cooling unit. Very good cleaning staff, always keeping the room and bathroom tidy and clean. Good breakfast with many options and a good duration (6 to 10 am). The staff were very helpfull and assisted us with managing the food we brought to our 7 month old baby.

They were working in the swimming pool, and dust was everywhere.

breakfast was perfect and the service too. room: a bit dusty because they were working on the swimming pool. Location: a bit far away from downtown and noise (very close to the highway)

Price. The complimentary wine was just two sips! Why bother 🤬. No complimentary water in the room. Pillows are jumbo and uncomfortable.

Lock system is outdated and required lots of effort to open room door or underground parking door every time. Wish there were no problem with getting into your room :(

Second time in Mendoza, second time in this hotel. Amazing place, great activities and rooms, casino, cinema, excursions, restaurants and pool. Great underground parking with special places for guests, completely free. Personal is friendly and kind, gave us a tip how to exchange the money now (there is great exchange rate in casino, but to change dollars or euro you need to buy casino tickets in the cashier desk, then put into slot machine and collect vouchers, that you can exchange for pesos on the cashier).

Wifi at the room did not work at all, air conditioning was extremely loud and did not manage to keep the room cool, everything else more or less working but just old.

Once you left the beautiful foyer to go to your room, the hotel showed it's true colours. Instantly the lift smelt of an old hotel and the carpets looked like they hadn't been hoovered in a while. Once we entered the room, you could instantly notice that the floors didn't look like they hadn't been cleaned fully, lots of dust, a smell of old hotel furniture. Overall not a great experience for us. Very disappointed and actually the worst hotel in our 3 weeks in Argentina and Chile so I definitely won't be recommending this. The location is good if you want to use the arena facilities but for tourists to visit Mendoza as a city it's pretty far out.

The foyer and pool side were the highlight of the hotel as these looked like they had been maintained a lot and fairly new as well. Breakfast was okay but didn't have any hot food choice for the size of the hotel The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke enough English to get by for what we needed. They always were on hand for taxis or any help we needed

very poor maintenance. keys would daily de-magnetize no matter what you do. a/c is super noisy. mattress in bad conditions. carpets were old & dirty. breakfast is pretty limited. bathroom has a window which can be seen from the room. therefore if smb uses the bathroom, can wake you up.

it’s in a mall in maipu. with a casino, cinema, and restaurants. it has a reasonable gym. staff kind and helpful.
