The staff is great but when I got there my booking seemed to be lost and my room was not ready. The hotel had a confirmation email of my booking but could not find it in their system. Even though I had a confirmation from booking.com for a late checkout at 2p.m. (one of the main reasons I selected the room), they had to give me a different room and my checkout was at 12p.m. Apart from this, it was a great stay.

Very clean hotel. The room is very spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is complete and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The pool is not too deep and was perfect for my kids. They were very happy about the pool. There is a supermarket directly opposite the hotel which is very convenient.

Room furniture is somehow old, but the room itself is wide and with large balcony. The pool did not work, breakfast has a short offer. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the personnel is extremely friendly and helpful.

We sent laundry out with the assurance it would be returned at 7pm. When it came that evening two items were missing. Very apologetic and reassuring that the items would be ready by checkout time the next day. They were not, we waited an additional 30 minutes, still nothing, we had to go. The laundry bill was paid in full and was comparatively high to other hotels we’ve used. I did not ask and was not offered any kind of credit or recompense. Not a 5 star experience.

Elevator was tiny and only fitted 2 people with 1 suitcase each. No shade in the pool area and gym equipment in poor condition. Rooms need a refurbishment.

Great location within walking distance to Teatro Colon and downtown area. Friendly staff. Room was very large and had a separate sitting area and long wardrobe.

The typical argentinian issue - THE SHOWER NOT WORKING properly. It was a stream of water, not a shower, leaking everywhere but on your body. More than half of the water just wasted. The breakfast was average. Instant coffee diluted in a dispenser and very basic selection of food.
