Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaOn one of the two nights of our stay, we found there to be lot of noise from the pedestrian walkway beside the hotel, below where our room was situated. The location of the hotel was good, but I wouldn't recommend a 1st floor room, if you can avoid it.
We were able to get early check-in. On check-in, we were offered a room on a higher floor at a cost 50% more than the price we booked, so we declined that. This resulted in taking a room on the 1st floor, which was noisy. (See what we didn't like...) We agreed that the early check-in was not a bad trade-off for hearing the noise from outside. The room was comfortable and very spacious.

CanadaStaying on the 8th floor. You r not a cheap hotel so asking to pay another 70 dollars to sit in the executive lounge was not impressive. We just waited for our friends who are Hilton members to finish their snack then left and spent our money elsewhere
We were leaving early so had no time to truly enjoy what looked like an excellent breakfast experience

AustraliaThe bottled water in both the Executive Lounge and the rooms was in limited supply, and was 'well protected' in a somewhat greedy fashion. We asked for an additional bottle before they came to make up the room and was told we had to dial '0' for this when they were on the trolley right in front of us.
The rooms are getting a little dated, but they are very spacious, and have amazingly comfortable beds. The rooms are also nice and quiet. The Executive level was generally pretty good with friendly staff and good food options. The lobby bar is nice and in an ambient setting, with attentive staff and good food and beverage options.

United States of AmericaPrices in the hotel restaurant were high. Nearby restaurants required a long walk, at least for senior citizens.
After a long overnight flight, it was nice to be able to check in before noon. The check in was most efficient. I would highly recommend purchasing the executive option that allows access to the executive lounge where the evening appetizers were more than enough to count as an evening meal. Check out was more than efficient. A hotel pre-booked limousine transfer to the cruise port was excellent.

United States of AmericaWe did not get timely room cleaning--had to call housekeeping several times to get it done. The snack food in the Exec lounge was very lackluster. The room itself has cracks in the wood floor that should be repaired. It was my understanding that we were going to get a queen deluxe room with a river view and a terrace. We were told that there are no rooms in the hotel with a river view or terrace. Elevator doors close too quickly; lots of folks got caught.
Location, breakfast, comfortable room. The concierge, Martin, was fantastic as was Guido. Kevin the porter was very helpful, and Dasha in the restaurant was wonderful. The food in El Fasa was great.

United KingdomWe stayed at the Hilton for 3 nights in a junior suite on the 9th floor. It is a lovely hotel perfectly situated for restaurants, close to the river and within walking distance to the centre. All the staff were friendly, helpful and well trained in customer service. We enjoyed breakfast in the executive lounge along with evening drinks and nibbles. Breakfast buffet choice limited but adequate with an option to order omelettes, or you could use main breakfast room. Our suite was large with a desk and seating area, separated from the bed area by a screen, there was a large bathroom and dressing room. The whole hotel was very clean.

GermanySoundproof in the rooms could be better. Also good coffee is the challenge. it is below expected in Latin America quality
The hotel is very well located in the newly urbanized area with many restaurants nearby, You can walk to Pink House in 15 min. and with Uber main sightseeing spots are esliy accessible. If you have lounge access breakfast is served there which has a bit less choice but comes with a nice rooftop view. Additionally you can enjoy their happy hour with some snacks and drinks. And yes there are comfortable Hilton matrasses
