The staff here are so lovely and friendly and generally just make the whole thing feeel great. Loved the outdoor area, and everything felt really safe and bright and airy and nice to spend time in. Some friends visited and then immediately changed their hostel booking to stay here instead.

The location is perfect, 10 min walking from Mendoza Bus Terminal, good places to eat and drink nearby, good prices around also. The staff is GREAT! Very nice people! Breakfast is excellent for the price, a lot of bathrooms, bed is comfy and the locker works fine. The laundry service was perfect, very cheap and they delivered my clothes in 30 minutes.

We had a double room with private bathroom. It was very narrow with a noisy AC. Towels were not absorbent at all.

Be nice to have a designated smoking area outside, I hate breathing it in, and had to breathe other people’s smoke a lot. Also thought the layout of room 5 needed work. Like a bedside table, and more thought about how people charge their devices (I ended up kind of sleeping with my devices which isn’t comfortable).

Really nice staff (especially Luciana - give her a raise!!). The property has been nicely maintained. Nice to have breakfast there. Location excellent

It's a cute hostel with a nice garden. We liked to relax a few days in the garden and cook for ourselves at night. Als, the people working in thehostell helped us a lot with getting tour guides for daily activities.

The garden is a great place to hang outside. There is a resident cat too. Room with french windows and bath were great. Location is close to bus station and restaurants. Staff was wonderful. Cold beverages sold on site. Ping pong table.

The biggest problem for me was the noise, people kept talking very loud until 3 in the morning and the staff didn't tell them anything. When I got up and asked personally to tone it down though they did.

Facilities in the rooms were very basic with no towels. Rooms are not very soundproof so can be very loud at night. We were woken up at 4am by someone shouting outside the hostel so wasn’t a very restful stay. Breakfast was very poor so we decided to go to a restaurant instead.

Great location right in the centre of Mendoza. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel itself was also quite nice. We stayed in a private room which was small but comfortable and had a balcony. There’s a nice outdoor terrace area where you can have some drinks.

The staff was really friendly and helpful! Nice breakfast, good location, various tour options which we could book directly at the hotel, nice outside area with a good equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

There weren’t many bathrooms so sometimes you’d have to wait a couple of mins here and there to use the shower / loo, but otherwise good.

Facilities were good and met some lovely people. The staff are great and help you with anything you need. Beds are comfy (with curtains woo) and lots of storage.

The door for the outside creaked, it was hard to close and open it, water shortage for a few hours due to the storm, some of the lockers have broken lock handles, noises from the street, mosquitos

Although the curtain gives privacy from fellow roommates there is no curtain for the window next to the bed making it feel like sleeping on the street. (Photo attached) The lockers will only work with micro locks and the normal locks are too thick to go through. The checkin was the longest I have experienced, around 15m I believe. The tours they sell are 20 percent more expensive than what you can find in a tour agency across the street, which makes a conflict of interest for the staff to help you find the best tour.

The lockers are perhaps the most insecure that I have come across in all my travels. The flimsy locking clasps will only accept the very smallest of cheap locks and have exposed screws which very easily defeat the supposed security of the locking latch. A 5-year old could gain access of the lockers within 30 seconds with the most simple of screwdriver. I had to permananetly carry my valuables around with me, both inside and outside the hostel in order to have peace of mind regarding safety of possessions. This is not a good thing. I immediately changed hostel the following day exclusively because of this. And do not get me started about the unnecessilrly yappy little dog - Bark, bark, bark everytime the doorbell range . . . Seriously?

The rear courtyard is a lovely, well shaded place to relax in.
