the access is through a gravel road with lots of holes during 1.5km which seemed insane. There was lots of mosquitos.

the rooms were confortable and the breakfast was great. The water park across the hotel looked wonderful but we coudn't enjoy it.

It would be good to have the possiibility to prepare coffe/ hot water in the room Even the hotel offers some snacks, there was missing a kiosk or small supermarket in the vecinity to buy some food besides what the restaurant offers. The dinner was really tasty but very slow until we get the food ( we wait more than half an hour!) . But he waitress was very kind !

It was great to stay there near the International Airport , we get arranged a taxi to there/ The hotel has exellent facilities like swimming pool and Spa but due to personal reasons I couldn;t enjoy them, hope next time!

The location is not as near the airport as one would think. It takes 30 min from the airport, most uber won’t take you and the taxi costs about the same as to the city center. You are totally isolated.

The pool area is beautiful and peaceful. A big playground is good for families with children. The staff is friendly. Rooms are big and clean.

The location is out in the middle of nowhere. There were no stores or shops, and to get to the hotel was on a long dirt road. The restaurant was okay, not a large menu.

The grounds and patio were nice.

Not a 4 star; coffee stains on the bedside tables, no water or tea/coffee making facilities (just two random glasses that didn’t match!), toiletries all in dispensers attached to the wall and one falling off and the worst was absolutely no usable Wi-Fi.

Easy to book, good communication via booking.com app and free transfer back to the airport.

The bed was very worn in and they didn't have international plugs in the rooms. We also had the cleaning staff barge into our room because there were not "no molestar" signs anywhere. There was also a long dirt road to the hotel that seems like it could have very easily been paved by now. The walls were alo very thin and we could easily here people in the same hall.

The staff were very helpful and the proximity to the airport was perfect. The pool area was very nice as well. Late check-out was great too because of our late flight.

Hotel Access road was not good. It was scary at night because it was not a direct exit from highway. It was a long bumpy dirt road with no illumination. There were no items in the refrigerator, and I had to request a hair dryer.

Restaurant, breakfast, pools, playing rooms, the heating in the rooms was excellent and the a service was good.

We needed to moved 4 bedrooms because they were all NOT clean and with hairs of genitals and head in all our bed!! This was a bad taste.. we wanted to leave the hotel and asked for refund. No one was allow to do so, just the manager, they make us and lie to us to wait till manager is Comming. He came at 9am 5min before leaving and his answer was “no refund according to the policy and I won’t give you the money” very rud… we started discussing and he called the police (we were all family together ) police came to see what happen (since they are next door and they have breakfast in the hotel) we explained the situation and left to keep our travel. Very bad image for the kids and families were involve. This manager should be fire or controlled immediately. He is far from being able to manage a hotel and service client. The hotel is old, bedsheet with balls and pillows all with crumbs . Really unnesseary expirience and we hope people don’t go there anymore after such a thing. We are also hotel managers and owners and we were very concerned about the expirience we had, we never had something like that. The restaurant also serve us old salad which we throw and fermentate wine with pieces of corcho inside!!! And they did NOT change it or refund. We think that something is going on there in the background…

This was one of our worse expirience ever, being a traveler family and visiting many hotels in the world. The client service is horrible and concerning. Specifically the general Manager if the hotel.

Very unenthusiastic reception, the location is not the most reassuring specially at night, you feel you being kidnapped to be honest. The WiFi didn't work, neither the cold water in the shower and the restaurant closes way too early living you without food or... Water!
