Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWe arrived around 9 pm and after entering the room, we saw we had 1 king bed instead of 2 twin beds as booked. Most of the front desk staff didn't speak english so we had to wait for assistance. After a long day of traveling from El Calafate, we didn't appreciate having to wait to get the room re-set. The shower is very difficult to get in and out of since it is high and water leaks through glass door. I slipped while getting into tub and had a huge bruise for the rest of the trip. The TV is smart, but the settings are locked so you can't use YouTube or any other apps. Beds are so worn that they sag in the middle.
Was in a great location, one block away from Garbaldi which is a pedestrian street with restaurants and shops. A 15-20 walk to Independence Plaza which had the higher end restaurant surrounding the park. There are two elevators on property and free wifi, but it's not stong. The hotel is connected to the Sheraton which has a casino and lounge, and the Hilton since they have same owners. Room was clean and plenty of space to store large suitcases and has an ample closet. Breakfast service was very good with robust options for a variety of dietary needs - scrambled eggs, various pastries, juices, yogurts, fruit salad, and musli. Gustavo and Franco from Mi Viaje a Mendoza were the highlight of the hotel. We communicated through whatsapp and they booked our ground transportation from/to the Mendoza airport (were able to pay via credit card). They also recommended and booked a dinner for us at Brutal where we had a delicious 5 course meal. They also helped us adjust a reservation we made online at Soberana by giving them a call. Gustavo also helped us translate an issue with the front desk staff who didn't speak english.

LuxembourgWe had a very early check out to catch a morning flight. We asked for an early breakfast or a breakfast box and the staff prepared us a small breakfast at the hotel lounge, which was a very nice gesture. However, the quality of the breakfast was really poor, just some inedible fruits and pastries.
We had an overnight stay during our visit to Mendoza. The hotel is centrally located and the city is quite vibrant. The personnel was quite professional and friendly. The room was quite ok and clean, although a bit dated, and the beds were comfy. We had a window with a view to a small fountain on the 1st floor which I found relaxing but my roommate found annoying. The pool is really small and the gym is tiny and very poorly fitted. All in all, an average 4-star hotel, a bit on the expensive side for what it offers.

IrelandWe knew what to expect in terms of the view out the window, city hotel so wasn’t expecting the best views. However when we arrived (early) they said they could give us a room, we took it but it was a twin rather than a double (front of desk staff seemed busy/distracted). They changed our rooms to a double room, offered us to look at the room on the first floor or push the twin beds together on the 2nd. We opted for the first floor room, everything was good, until every morning. We were right alongside the staff entrance who were extremely loud, so loud they would wake us up early every morning. The staff need to be more aware of people sleeping when they start on the morning from the first floor.
Rooms were perfect, location was 10/10. Value for money was really good, breakfast was really good!

United States of AmericaWe were from Friday night ( when we arrived ) to Sunday evening without light on our floor (5th). At night, the hallway was totally dark. We claimed several times. Finally on Sunday, a maintenance person came and connected a brake that someone turn off. Incredible.
Breakfast is really good, good variety. Location is excellent. Shower is amazing.

United States of AmericaThe window in the room looked out into a concrete shaft full of pigeon poop. That was disgusing, so we just keep the window blinds closed. That was the only thing that was a negative. There was no smell as the windows were closed and sealed.
Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was exceptional and went well beyond my expectations. Location was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Furnishings were nice. Bed was comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe view out the window of the room was terrible. It looked out into a concrete shaft with pigeon poop everywhere. It would be better to have opaque windows that just allow in light. It just looked awful, so we kept the blinds closed which made the room dark. That is my only complaint. I will stay there again just because everything else was perfect
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and went beyond my expectations. Great location. Breakfast was outstanding. Bed was very comfortable. And lastly, the staff was amazing. I know that is redundant, but they were awesome!

United KingdomCouldn’t switch lights out in sitting area and had to shut the door on that area instead.
It is a wine hotel, and I didn’t pay for a drop whilst in the hotel, 3 glasses of complimentary Malbec were had. Friendly staff, opulent decor. The hotel is attached to both the Sheraton and the Hilton so there is a sharing of facilities. Had a leak in first room given so they upgraded me straight away - great customer service.

United KingdomAll the digital information about the Hotel was in Spanish only - would have been helpful if the website could have a language option. We had a grumpy Reception staff checking us in - but he was exception as other staff friendly & gave good restaurant recommendations for us. The swimming pool was very small and uninviting as it wasn’t clean. It was unclear whether we could have used the adjacent Sheridan facilities.
The location was great - so close to the Centre of the city. Great size rooms (although no views), very comfy beds & plenty of hot water in en-suite which had nice toiletries. Breakfast range of food was great - vast range and plenty of it. We used the Hotels taxi service for airport transfers - a little more expensive but on time & very comfortable.

GermanyBreakfast is very basic, not much of hot food options. Matrass is really bad with wavy shapes after people, old ones, hard to sleep. My room had common closed inner door with another room, so it was very noisy, you can hear everything.

AustraliaRooms are clean and generous size. The hotel is old and low ceilings. It would be worth asking for a suite, i didn’t see the suites but our classic room faced inwards and it was rather dark. I think the suites face the street. Beds are king and Staff are all very nice and the location is quite good.
Nice breakfast, they have done a good job of giving charm in the foyer etc . Manager nice and gave us a bottle of wine when we were unable to get a room with a window facing the outside. They went out of their way.
