I stayed twice and both times they put me in a room right next to the stairs. I should have asked for a different room - avoid rooms 101 and 201 and probably 301. A lot of the guests are visiting to go on hikes so they like taking the stairs and get up early to hiking.

Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff and they were happy to help with my requests such as changing money and getting a taxi. The location is good because it is very close to the main street but far enough away to not hear the noise. Breakfast was good with everything needed for most tastes.

A very nice well maintained property. Staff is nice and helpful, rooms large and very comfortable, super clean. Many good services like massages. So far it’s the best hotel in my journey. Can seriously recommend.

The breakfast was very tasty and offered a broad selection. The location two blocks off the main thoroughfare was easy to access without being congested. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. The staff were personable and helpful.

Would have been great more pillows for the bed. Highly suggest to eliminate the breakfast yellow cloth napkins, are horrible! Preferred a paper napkin to that.

Location is great. The size of the room was perfect, spacious and luminous. Staff super nice and bravo for the excellent customer service over WhatsApp, within 5min reply.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a double room in the room. Unfortunately, the stress windows were not sealed and there was loud music playing in the surroundings and dogs were running around both nights until 3:30 in the morning. We had a very bad sleep. This spoiled the other pros of the hotel.

Exceptional service from the reception. Amazing location at the center of El Calafate. Everything is within walking distance. Nice breakfast and the spa is the cherry on top of the cake. Big room size too.

We enjoyed the spacious room, and the bed was very comfortable. Our room at the back of the property was quiet and we got some much-needed sleep after arriving from a stay in Chilean Patagonia where we were up early for hikes every morning. Juan on the front desk went above and beyond when we ended up having to leave our laundry behind at a local laundromat due to our misreading their opening hours. We were going to El Chalten for a couple of days, so on our return, just to El Calafate airport, he picked it up and sent it to us at the airport in a taxi (all arranged with him over Whatsapp).

This is an outstanding hotel. It’s just off the main strip so quiet. The hotel is very luxurious with games room, gym, spa etc. The staff are outstanding, very accommodating, extremely helpful and speak Spanish and English which was a great help. The rooms are big and luxurious and the breakfast was outstanding with a huge choice of cooked, breads, cakes, cereal etc. I would very much recommend this hotel. It was a delight staying here.
