This hotel is an oasis in B A. A boutique hotel that has beautiful restaurants offering excellent food, cocktails and a selection of premium wines. All of the staff are professional and they go the extra mile to be helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and could have stayed longer with ease. Highly recommend this place.

The upper level of the loft is all glass and gets very hot easily in summer. The door between the bathroom and bedroom would be nice. I wish the restaurant inside the hotel allocated a few tables for the walk-in customers staying in the hotel.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was serviced promptly. Bed was comfortable. Location is hard to beat. The loft was spacious and had a terrace.

The spa was a little disappointing as the pool was more of a plunge pool.

Already written a great review on the hotel. Just wanted to add that Andries was an absolute legend in helping my partner get over a bad illness. He took her to the local chemist, spoke to the guy behind the counter, and git her the correct medicine. Cannit thank him enough for doi g this. Also was brilliant in our whole stay.

Breakfast was OK in terms of options but not 5-star. The airport transfer price ended up $4.500 more than quoted as the taxi insisted that $25k is their cash price, but you pay $29.5k with a card - reception had told us that we would pay $25k with a credit card, so there is some confusion here.

Front desk service was the best that we received in our Argentina trip. Advice on places for lunch while they managed check in was no problem, nor was arranging transport to the airport. Our room was excellent - spacious and comfortable. We loved the boutique feel of the Hotel Mio and the location in Recoleta suited us perfectly. We could duck across to the cemetery when it opened at 9am for an hour or so before we headed out to Ezeiza.

Whatsapp is used for all communications, but Americans don't really use it. Installing it remotely was a hassle for my partner. Set it up on your phone before you leave home.

I was over the moon about this place. The photos do not do it justice -- we had a 10th-floor corner Deluxe Double Room with a panoramic view of the city. Maybe we received a free room upgrade? Our 1-year-old baby loved playing in the big wooden tub. The hotel also provided a good crib, and the room was pretty easy to baby-proof. The location in Recoleta was perfect for our first few days of exploring Buenos Aires. Breakfast was a huge European spread with kind staff and a great courtyard space. Katerin and Andres were always helpful at the front desk, helping us with taxi service from the airport and to a major concert (OK, it was Taylor Swift). When another guest accidentally violated our privacy, the management sent us a bottle of wine as an apology. The value was off the charts because of the current "tourist dollar" in Argentina.

We had a problem with the ac the first night and was dealt with immediately. The GM contacted and apologized and sent us a bottle of wine. Great staff and location. Rooms are beautiful and bed is comfy. We also had delicious food in the restaurants. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding.

The balcony isn't valued at all (no chairs or a table..), the tv didn't work properly and we had to ask for the shower gel which wasn't in the bathroom when we came but we got it in a couple of minutes

Nice room with super comfy bed, the bathtub is one of a kind. The scent in the room is very nice and also the toiletries with verbena scent made me feel like in a luxurious spa

The hotel location is in the heart of Recoleta near restaurants and shops, museums and gardens. We went eeverywhere walking. The brreakfast was very good, fruits, cearls chesse a good choice of breads and cakes and you choose the way you want your eggs prepared. The staff is very kind and helpful.

What we saw in the pictures was exactly what we found. Modern, top, trendy hotel. We loved it all. Rooms were huge, beautiful and the bed was truly confortable. The hotel is in the best neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Just 1 block of everything. We ordered room service and the food was outstanding. The staff was very professional and friendly. We’ll definitely repeat.

Breakfast area too small for the number of apartments they have. Service and personnel are the best, but the area gets really congested during the morning.

Located in an area with good restaurants and stores. Not a crowded area but still close to Recoleta Urban Mall and walking distance to other neighborhoods.

the beakfast was somehow scarce, not the best. also there was not enough space to accomodate all the guests and you had to wait standing until someone left

Gabriel at the Front Desk was excellent. Although, I could not access the property the day I was supposed to arrive (due to a political speech held one block away where hundreds of thousands of people attended), he made sure I was welcomed and "compensated" for the inconveniences

Breakfast was great, with a large selection of pastries, beverages, and items cooked to order.
