Wonderful staff, big rooms, excellent location, fast laundry turnaround. We needed a taxi at 4am; no problem. They recommended us to a Casa de Cambio close by where we got a much better rate than the official one.

I would give them a 10/10 if it wasn't for their nightly leaflets. Upon check in, they gave us the option of paying then or paying at check out. We chose to pay at check out. 2 days later, woke up to a letter being pushed ro thw room over night from under the door stating that our balance is now over $333 and we should make a payment!! I found this gesture very offensive and rude. At that point I paid the full amount to avoid any more night time leaflets. The next night, at 4:50am I woke up to a noise at the door and my heart froze. I thought someone broke in to our room. I was staying only with my son, so I panicked. My heart started palpating and I started sweating. Took me a good 10mins to muster the gut to get up and check around the room with my phone's flash light not to wake my son up. And here it was. Another freaking leaflet reminding us that check out time is 12noon. Whatttt?!?!?!? I have traveled to 30+ countries and stayed in 50+ hotels and and have never seen this. Never again staying at this hotel. In retrospec, I may laugh at the incident but I have never been this petrified in my life, never felt this vulnerable.

The only thing missing was a gym/fitness center, unless I missed it. Oh, and I think a fan in the bathroom would be helpful.

This was my second time staying at 474 Buenos Aires Hotel, and it was just as nice as the first time. The staff is still really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to move around. There are also a lot of dining, sightseeing and transportation options within walking distance of this hotel.

It's more of a recommendation: find a solution to have more power sockets, at a desk level. I kept my phone on the floor when plugged in to charge. I could not put my laptop on the desk and plug it in because there was no available socket nearby.

Good size of the room. The young lady at the front desk - I think her name is Carla - was very helpful and polite. She speaks English very well - and this was a nice surprise for me.

I didn't like the elevator due to the noices. It was also very difficult to keep the room temperature stable.
