Superb location. Awalking distance from all the city's attractions. Great destination if you like good food and fun.

I think the check-in desk area could be improved, it feels less refined when compared to the rest of the hotel (such as the rooms and the breakfast or lounge area which are very nice).

We stayed in the family apartment with two bedrooms, It was spacious and comfortable for my kids and my husband and I. There is a terrace overlooking the cemetery behind, but you might not notice it!

Excellent location, facilities were perfect. Bed extremely comfortable. Very clean. The two bedroom ‘apartment’ was ideal for a family of 4. The free croissant and hot drinks in the morning were a nice touch.

Very slow wifi. Our room did not have A/C, the pedestrian street might be a bit noisy in the evening if there is the need to keep windows open.

Very good location - just on pedestrian street and walking distance from every sightseeing spot. Clean and cosy rooms. Nice option for good morning coffee with small croissant (despite no official breakfast). 20 min on taxi from airport (meter taxi and Bolt) can drive you basically to the door (Uber to closest cross road/street). Well organized access for late arrival as there is no 24h reception.

Room a bit jaded. Curtains wouldn't pull properly so didn't block out street lamps. Reception area locked on morning of departure. Had to sort out our own taxi to airport.

The room was large and well appointed, bed was really comfortable and the location is just superb, easy to walk to everywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A great hotel in a great location

There is hot water, but one have to waste gallons of water and 5 minutes to get it, there is shampoo, but it has no froth, there are free croissants and tee/coffee instead of breakfast, but it’s not enough and one have to look for a breakfast for money.

A quiet small hotel in the heart of Salzburg with a short walk to the Old Town. Rooms were clean with excellent facilities and very well furnished. Staff were very helpful with free coffee/tea available all day.

The drinks from the 'honest bar' a bit pricey ...bit cheeky but if you fancy a drink in your room , best to pop into the Spar supermarket up the road ! I'm nitpicking tbf ( or a bit tight !)

We hired the upstairs two bed apartment , very nice indeed . Great location ten minute walk to Bus terminal for tours or the heart of the old town . The street it's located on is very old and pretty , nice cafes and little bars are just minutes away.The Restaurant next door 'Gastof Alter Fuchs' was superb . Overall , highly recommended .

Restricted shower and toilet cubicle in the family apartment: tall people will need to bend over to shower/toilet as it has very restricted head space. Very weird design.

Location excellent, rooms and beds comfortable and warm. Communal tea coffee breakfast room on ground floor was a nice space to meet other people and relax.

No auto access so you really need to garage your car first and then walk back.

Location, very nice room and fun to look out into the shopping street below! We had the apartment and the bath/shower was very nice also. Also the 24hr access to the coffee/tea and trust bar was a nice touch.
