We were in the loft and the “chill out” area was tucked away with no natural light. The ceilings were also quite low across the room and in the bathroom so we banged our head a few times. Also would’ve been great to have a TV with Netflix options not just cable

Unbelievable facilities - huge sauna and pool area. Breakfast was fresh with a lot of options for everyone. Room was clean and spacious. Good value for the price.

The breakfast was delicious with all kinds of different options. The room was big and nicely decorated. Staff was friendly. The hotel is not in the direct city centre but still within a walking distance, even with ski boots.

The only miss was parking - it was full when we arrived, same for the garage and we had to park on the street.

A great hotel for a stay in Kaprun. The room was modern, spacious and very well equipped. Large bathroom, comfortable to use. The breakfast was very good, a great selection of fruits, vegetables, eggs, cheese and bread. Personnel was very friendly and helpful.

The room service was rubbish. For this money, you'd expect empty glasses/cups in the room to be washed...well not (two consecutive days and in two rooms. Similarly, an empty water bottle was left on the table in the room. Additionally, you don't want to meet the cleaning staff in the Spa in the afternoons.

You can hear the upstair room above you (people walking, showering etc.); bed is worn out and need to be changed as the holes from people sleeping in it is disrupting; spa capacity for so many people is unfortunately not appropriate as there is always very loud and crowded in the spa (also not enough hangers, chairs, no clock or thermometers outside of sauna in adult section). We went once for dinner, the taste was good but small and expensive portions and the choice was not something we expected (we thought there will be classic Austrian cuisine, but it is more like fancy dining, offering octopus burger, asian type soups etc).

Great location in Kaprun, the Junior suite room was very comfortable and big which is very appreciated when on a ski trip, breakfast is amazing (the best I so far had), very clean hotel, polite personnel!

The staff was mostly polite, but cold. I missed the family hotel vibe I usually get in my Österreich vacations. Some of the restaurant and bar staff seem annoyed every time they had to do something. There are a lot of saunas, more than 5. It would be nice if one of them was at a lower temperature, for those who can't take so much heat.

The location is great, there is a ski bus for kitzsteinhorn just în front of the hotel. Breakfast was great. The spa was amazing. I really liked that they had snacks and tea at the spa for extra pampering. The room was very comfortable, perfect temperature. The skiroom helped a lot, keeped our boots warm.

I didn’t like the restaurant menu. The quality wasn’t representative to the price and the selection was weird. I feel like housekeeping could have put more love into the organization of the room each morning but it was always clean

The wellness area is really nice. The rooms too. The whole property actually! The breakfast was delicious

One thing which could be better but not easy to change is location. Not bad but would be closer to the main ski lift.

I liked very much that SPA and the swimming pool was available in the hotel. I loved the most that room was very clean and cozy.

The bar is overpriced and Lacks any kind of atmosphere.

The hotel is modern and well looked after, it’s conveniently located and is nice and quiet. The reception and waiting staff are all exceptional. The breakfast is top notch with a really good selection. Try the freshly made omelette, you won’t be disappointed. In addition the Spa is well thought out, comfortable and really user friendly.

The decor and location were great for our needs. The adults only spa was incredible and there was a very good spread at breakfast.

No tea cups in the room, Nespresso capsules were refiled only by request. Last day there were a lot of young people in swimwear in the naked zone - no actions were done by staff to make an order. Ski bus stops near the hotel every 30 min, but we have to change to route 660 if you are going to Schmittenhöhe... not so comfortable at the end of the day.

Adult sauna zone was absolutely great to have it after long ski day, room design and space enough for 3 adults and kid, excellent and rich breakfast, friendly staff, free parking and ski room.
