There was nothing we didn’t like. We were given an upgraded room and the sauna area was much better than on pictures.

It was a very pleasant stay, the owners are really nice explaining everything, wellness was really amazing - we used Finnish and steam sauna after the skiing (infra sauna is there also), there are different rest rooms with relaxing decoration. In fact the stylish decoration was everywhere, making the stay very pleasurable. Breakfast is rich and the owners are there making sure that everything is perfect.

- If I have to say something: The room was advertised with balcony, Unfortunately that was not the case. But no big deal.

- Very nice quiet location near forest and fields. - Still at walking distance of the village. - Very clean and well organized. - Very kind personnel - Good quality mountain bikes can be used for free. (E-bikes for a fee) - Very relaxed sauna facilities. - Free parking - Card for discounts included.

Breakfast was less than my expectation compared to last year (in Tirol) in a 3-star hotel in Austria. The buffet was not always full. On few occasions there was a real shortage of basic offerings such as eggs, meat cold cuts and cheese. Unfortunately, the owners were not nice to us. They complained that the kids are leaving food on the plates, something that I personally accept but they are kids, and we are staying 8 nights in your property!! The owners also teased us more than once both the husband and wife for the extra boiled eggs we asked for my little daughter. I really wanted to pay them an extra 5€ for the eggs but didn’t want to ruin the atmosphere. We had a strong feeling that they are policing our plates during breakfast to see what and how much we ate. Was not comfortable to say the least and again, we stayed for 8 nights and 9 days… Might be a cultural difference but still 8 nights guests, kids, summer vacation are factors to consider in a hotel that accepts families...

Very clean and neat room. The room was large and confortable as expected. We got an upgrade to an appratment. The facilities are well kept. The entire hotel is VERY clean and nice. The yard is beutifull and includes a small play ground for the kids. The atmosphese outside in the yard and playgound is outstanding. Parking is convenient. the hotel location is excellent. The owners were attentive and helped us with a special request... thank you.

The lady at the hotel was really pinpointing a lot of things. When we sat on couch outside she was coming again and again keeping the pillows in order. It was really like she was there keeping an eye. The man there was really complete opposite and funny and helpful always. I am sure because of him the hotel must be getting more ratings.

It was amazing week in Aparthotel Kristtal in Altenmarkt. In arrival day we were upgrade to bigger and better apartment. It was the better option for us and our two cats :))) Owners, Family Wolfsteiner are charming people., with smile on their face all time. Every request was done, every problem was resolved. They helped us in all problems. Appartment was very nice, clean and full equipment. Breakfast were very rich and full of local flavors. This place is worth to be there.

Lovely, family friendly staff at this hotel. Super helpful with everything. Very clean and tidy facilities. Very comfy beds. Great ,tasty breakfasts.Useful boot and board room to store all our snowboard equipment.

Breakfast was not so great… same food every day, no variety. They cold do more for this price. Location it is a little bit too far away from the town ( restaurants) and if you want to go to ski you need to take the car, bus station is far away ( off course, I knew this before , but maybe it’s useful for the next customers)

Mr Wolfsteiner it’s a very friendly man ! They have a big parking and a small playground outside.

Really spacious and perfect for us as a family of four. The sauna was lovely after a day of skiing! the location was great too as it gave us the flexibility to try our a few different ski hills.

Very good location, silent but close to freeway, so you can travel around easily in case of bad weather. Nice spot for walks around and cute village nearby. Very friendly owners. Fine breakfast. I recommend.
