I liked everything, that is important for a stay - very polite staff, excellent location, comfortable and big apartments, fully equipped room, the buss shuttle is very close to the hotel, big parking, everything (even there is a bar in front of the hotel :) )!

Towels and bedding were not very nice but perfectly functional . Pillows also were too flat and only one but soon rectified by the lady in reception who bought us all another pillow each . Loud Church bells woke us up every morning 6am (might have been a religious festival)

Location was great for skiing . Well equipped apartment .

The hotel is in a nice location near the bus stop (ski bus), clean and spacious accommodation, fantastic balcony, nice receptionist. We plan to come again next year

Noisy neighbors and a apres ski bar right across our window was pointing towards. We could hear slightly sometimes drunken people :)) but I guess it’s normal thing in ski resort towns. Overall was not a big problem as the windows are very well insulated

Soundproofing! The walls and floors were thin. My children were kept awake by a ‘romantic’ couple - and we could hear other people’s children running around noisily too.

The attention to detail by the housekeeping staff. They were amazing!! And the friendliness at reception too.

Toilet is in a room by itself, which was inconvenient for us but I guess manageable.

Location is great considering for winter sports and some restaurants. Supermarket is very close and bakery also. The room was spacey and comfy. Bed is also comfy. Self check in was easy. Parking space was a bit confusing at arrival, but we manage to figure it out with the help of locals. I would recommend it.

The room was absolutely perfect and I recommend this hotel for everyone. The ladies from the stuff are very kind and helpful. And special thanks belongs to the ladies who were daily cleaning the apartment. The sorroundings is also calm though close to the centre.

The smell of quilts and pillows.

Very good location. Just 1 minute walk to the bus stop. Ｗell-equipped kitchen and clean utensils. Wonderful view from the balcony.

The quality of some materials were very poor, like toilet paper and towels. I always stay in apart-hotels and compared to the price usual’s there are more services and higher quality materials. We were left 2 days without cleaning and they apologized but no compensation was offered.

We had the penthouse, it is great for a family. And fits a lot of people. The view is beautiful. You have 2 patios, one viewing the nature and the other towards the city. The reception ladies were very nice and cooperative. One of them provided us a full explanation on what is the summer card and what are the activities included. There’s a free parking for the hotel. The hotel is very safe with key cards needed to open the parking, main door and rooms. Kitchen was well equipped. From what I understood that this is a family business, I hope on the future that they develop more with more success.
