This is a nice hotel within walking distance from Wien Hbf, but a quieter location. Close to main station, Belvedere and a short U-bahn or tram ride to the centre.

The heating didn't work so it was cold until they gave us a heater, wireless could be better, expensive breakfast..

Pillows could be improved. Also, I sleep with earplugs, but if you don’t, you might ear some noise (the insonorisation is not top notch).

The room was large, bright, and clean. I’ve appreciated especially the mattress (equipped with a good topper). The position is also OK, as well as the staff.

Exceeded all our expectations! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. Arrived before check in time and they let me enter my room without any additional charge. Great location, too – close to the central train station. Highly recommend!

The location was great, right next to the train station. The city centre is actually not too far away by foot as well, so if you feel like it, you can take a walk. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice also (6:30 - 10:30).

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location allowed us to walk to where we wanted to be, or walk to the nearest Underground station. The hotel was clean, and welcoming. Our room was large, and quiet at night. We were able to leave our large suitcases in their locked room after our early arrival and before our evening departure. Breakfast was very well set out in a large restaurant area, and there was a good choice of foods.

The room was spacious, clean and there was a tub in the bathroom. The location is great, very near the central railway station, subway, trams and if you feel like it, you can walk to the centre. It's around 20-30 mins by foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.

breakfast was adequate but not exceptional, limited choices. Also we pre-paid in response to e mail from hotel, when we checked in we were advised that if we paid for breakfast at check in it would have been 5 euros less, a saving of 40 euros over the fpoiur day stay.

The location of property was absolutely amazing. It is just 2 minutes walk to get subway and 5 minutes to main station. When I visit this city again I will absolutely stay this hotel.

The location was very good, about 10 minutes walking to Wien Hbf, 2 minutes to U station, near to schloss belvedere and Charles Church. The room was very clean. There were two windows in our room. I like everything.

Pillows were very fluffy and soft which meant not very comfortable sleep. Was too warm at night AC not working- quessing due to time of year- therefore opened window. The next day my room was full of ants. The receptionist was very apologetic and a new room was provided.

Quick check-in and room was available to check-in earlier. Huge room in size Fridge and kettle in room A proper hairdryer in the bathroom which meant my thick hair dried in normal time Amazing shower, loved the little touches in the bathroom ie tissues, Wall hooks which were really useful at handing your coats up 10mins away from main train station

The employees were very helpful we came early and they let us check-in and we could keep our bags in luggage room 3-4 hours after check out and the location was great; it was close to center, metro and main train station.
