Internet connection was poor at level 4 and it was going off and on. Shower space was a little bit small.

Location of the hotel is great and very close to subway station. I did not have breakfast at hotel but the price they offered was cheap. Room was clean.

The Aircon did not work properly, so it's was quite hot in the room. Leaving the windows open for the night was not the best, because then there is the noise from the streets.

Nice and quiet. No sounds from the other rooms or the hallway comes to the room, so slept just perfect. All clean. The location is also perfect, a lot of restaurants, some shops around. And the metro stop is right there.

The air conditioning didn't work the first 2 days so it was very hot but I had the window wide open.

I chose the hotel because it is very well located near the U4, bus 13A and the Naschmarkt, and it is very reasonably priced. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. The room was very clean, very nice bedding and a good bed.

- Perfect location : metro station is right around the corner + it takes only a couple of stops to the center, or to the Schönbrunn palace. There are even cafe and restaurants near the hotel if you want - Breakfast buffet was nice - Good quality for the price Would recommend this hotel if you want to visit Vienna 👍🏽

The WIFI was not very good, I felt like i was back in 2005 with the speed i could get. The breakfast is pretty expensive, but it is easy to get a simple breakfast outside the hotel if you don't feel like paying at the hotel. The pillows were also not great, they were too large and bulky for me. There was strangely no handsoap in the bathroom, instead they had placed shampoo by the sink to use instead. The same type used in the shower. Very strange.

The location was great, 1 minute to the metro, and not noisy. Helpful staff and nice clean rooms. The price is also pretty good for Vienna. The main draw for the hotel is the location, perfectly placed between schonenbrunn and the city center and in a nice area with many restaurants it is great as a base for exploring. Staying at the hotel itself is not very exciting.

breakfast didn't offer much choice, I ate same thing every day. Primary source of meat was bratwurst or becon which was changing every day. Maybe if there was 3rd alternative or anything apart from bacon, I would have been more happy.

It can get overcrowded in the basement elevator (underground parking) if a bus with tourists is discharging the guests :)))

We chose this hotel for the proximity of metro and the parking (easy to park for our big car and enough place for several buses, as the hotel is highly used by tourists coming by bus) although the cost for parking is 26 euros. You can easily turn the bus in this underground parking. If you search a hotel with these characteristics in Vienna, this is the one. The rest is just "normal average"

Staff was rude somethimes. The ventilation was noisy. The bathroom has no door, but it has a sliding door that can't be closed all the way

Location is good, parking is free in front of the hotel at saturday and sunday.
