We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was in a great location, near to the centre of Scharding. Parking was good but could be a challenge if you were late getting there as there was slightly limited parkin* but we managed every night. Lovely rooms, great showers, I would definitely go back again.

AustriaAlthough breakfast had a big selection of things it felt pretty poorly executed. Imho not really fresh bread/buns, and generally everything looked like a Lidl shelve. I guess for that price point I'd expect a bit more quality. Maybe because it was Sunday.. imho better less choice but locally sourced products. Also, the milk cartons were not cooled, even after it was opened. Soy milk looked/smelled pretty poorly already.

United Kingdomchurch bells ring every 15 minutes through the night. Poor Wifi connection, owner said slow if several people were using and that I had to try all his routers. Guess what- all had weak connections which failed to open! Not impressed!

We were told to wait which we did for ages before being let in and led to reception. The lady's English wasn't very good but we managed. Lots of flies around the breakfast food.
The room was lovely as was the location. Close to the river and the beautiful town centre.

BelgiumAlthough we had a, very, large room the bathroom and especially the toilet was ridicously small. One had to stand sideways to close the toilet door. Not a big issue, just a bit bizare.
Good breakfast, excellent coffee !!!, large room with comfortable beds and private parking. Close to the central square where we had diner as the restaurant in the hotel was not open.
