Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustriaMy personal opinion and only suggestion for improvement: have proper glasses/cups for guests in room. In 21st century, no hotel should use disposable plastic cups, especially not in a country where tap water is of superb drinking quality.
Comfortable room, clean, cozy.

United KingdomBecause I like to walk to venues, it would have been good to have instructions as to the easier of two ways to reach the destination. The easier way follow a main road to the immediate north of the railway station, the more difficult goes to the south and requires a lot of manoevering around a busy highway.
It's quite an exotic looking place. The room was well designed and I can say little more as I arrived early evening and left early morning.

EgyptThere is no kettle, no refrigerator, and no central heating. They give you a small heater which is very annoying, and the breakfast is very poor
The receptionist, Lisa, was excellent and very helpful. I had a problem with the payment method and she was helped professionally.

Really good hotel 10 mins from the city center. Stuff is friendly and it was easy to check-in. Room is just good, facilities and view are good as well. The room size is ok, just perfect for couple of days stay. Come back again!

RussiaNot all rooms have a good view of the mountains. No tea set in room. They are not attentive at the reception - when I came in, they didn’t even notice, at first there was no one at the counter, you register online yourself, you check the information yourself, they won’t offer you anything.
Good value for money. Stylish and cozy. Breakfast is excellent, lots of choice. You can pick up a paper map of the city at the reception. Location from the city center is 4 stops by tram. The city is small, so you can walk there in 20 minutes. You don’t hear your neighbors, only road noise during the day, quiet at night.

United States of AmericaI had no complaints about the hotel. It wasn't a quaint historical lodging in a picturesque setting. More like an efficient business hotel although I didn't see any business people there. The location was fine but not in the center of any restaurants, or city attractions. Just for accommodation. That was fine with me.
Binders is located in a residential area a tram ride from Innsbruck center. It was an easy ride. The facility was excellent, modern and complete. The room was small but had a view to the mountains that made it feel larger. The bathroom was well appointed. The bed was fine. The staff was efficient and professional. I would stay there again.

PolandWi-fi was very unstable, if you plan to work from there with calls - make sure to buy internet pckage as wi-fi is not suitable for calls. Lack of vegetables on breakfast apart from some paprika or cherry tomatoes. Makes the food very heavy.
Hotel is very close to the highway, so it’s easy to get to for traveling by car. The overall atmosphere of place is very welcoming, you could feel that staff wants you to feel at home. Room is spcious and balcony with nice view was great. Tasty bread options on breakfast and fresh orange juice.

GermanyMy room faces south, which could get very hot in the summer. At night it was ok, when I opened the window completely. The price of breakfast (18 Euro) seems a bit high, but there are plenty of bakeries and cafes around, so that didn't bother me.
The room and the bathroom are very nice. It's not huge, but it's clean and very comfortable. The price also included an Innsbruck Card, which allowed me to use public transport all the time to get to the centre and back in only a few minutes. The location was great, at a good distance from the main station, and with two supermarkets at a close distance.
