The hotel was too costly for the general state of the facilities. Although clean, everything was outdated and old-fashioned (e.g., only one power plug on one side of the bed, a super tiny TV, and an old hairdryer). The room was dark and really tiny, and the bathroom even more so. You could sometimes hear the neighbour breathing. Perhaps this is the general style, but for the money paid, I would have expected more, and I got more in the past.

The big plus of the hotel is its location and the amiable and forthcoming staff. The breakfast was good in a lovely room, and our room was spotlessly clean.

Maybe soundproofing, because the noise from the corridor (people talking) kept waking me up in the morning. Felt slightly expensive for a hotel that doesn't even have a bar on site. Although I guess it's an average price in Vienna. No kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Can ask on reception for it, but I wasn't sure if it's free of charge.

Lovely breakfast included omelette, fresh fruit and veggies, cottage cheese, different types of bread and bread rolls, pastries, cake of the day, yoghurt, cereals, jams and other stuff. More than enough. The room was old fashioned, but it doesn't really matter, because it doesn't make sense to stay in the hotel while you're in Vienna! The bed was extremely soft and comfy. Everything, including the bathroom, was very clean. The receptionist gave a voucher for a free drink because there was no mini bar. It was a pleasant surprise! The location was amazing with the promenade right at the doorstep and a 15-20 minute walk to the main attractions. I left before breakfast on my check-out day and was provides with some continental goodies.

As in many hotels, the sound insulation can be a bit of a problem. Otherwise, everything else was just perfect!

The staff - I travel a lot, and it's rare to see such synergy among team members. Because of them, it felt like coming home! :) They were superb, and they are the reason why I would like to go back again!

The walls seem to be rather thin, since I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms (conversation, TV, snoring), though not loud. Luckily my neighbors were not noisy, and since the room was looking over an inner court, it was absolutely quiet from the outside, so I had a really good sleep.

The location was excellent, just 10-minute walk to Stephansdom. The room was very clean and although smaller, had almost everything I needed, except for electric cattle (it was available at the ground floor, but I prefer a cup of tea first thing in the morning). My single bed was comfortable, though it may be a bit small for a much bigger person. The breakfast buffet choice was quite good, and the staff was regularly refilling it. All the staff (reception, cleaning persons) was very nice and friendly.

The only thing I can rate as a minus is the fact that there was no fridge.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, there was a bathtub which our daughter enjoyed and the room was very spacious. The location was great (both for getting to the centre and for coffee/food options around there).

Everything was fine!

Excellent location a few minutes' walk from the city centre. We stayed four nights. Our room on the 5th floor was light and bright and looked over a quiet void and so was peaceful, and featured every facility one could expect, including a bath, which we appreciated. All the staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was in a spacious room on the 1st floor with tasteful modern decor; there was a wide range of food and drink on offer, and the staff were assiduous about clearing tables and replenishing stocks.

The room could benefit from a small fridge, but minibar facilities were offered in the reception area and kettle/coffee supplies provided upon request.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially to our baby daughter. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and a very comfortable and modern dining room. We found most places of interest to be within walking distance from the hotel.

The room is a bit antique, needs some renovation and also rather small for a family of 3. We missed having a mini fridge in the room as well as we usually buy some snacks for our daughter and store them there since she loves cheese and milk so that was a bit of a challenge :)

Staff were very friendly especially towards our daughter, gave her a teddy bear and when they arranged the room the next day the teddy bear was placed covered in her bed which was so cute. Reception and breakfast area very nice and modern, and breakfast was very good, ample choice of food and drinks. Location was walking distance from underground which connects to Schonbrunn, Stadtpark, Stephenplatz, Prater so very convenient!
