Location of the property is closer to central location. Host was very welcoming and even suggested which all places to cover in our short stay.

The hotel is conveniently located on a pedestrian street and close to a subway station, although Vienna city center is within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and readily available. The room was more than suitable for the price, and there is a family atmosphere that makes for a quiet, pleasant stay.

It was clean and the location is nice. The breakfast was nice and fresh, but not many options if you are vegan/vegetarian.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The staff were really helpful and answered any questions we had. The breakfast was fine - everything you'd expect from a continental breakfast. The room was much larger than we were expecting. The hotel was quiet, yet located just a short walk from the underground station and right next to all the shops and restaurants.

An easy improvement can be done by cleaning more often the dust from the rooms. Also a cofee Machine can be bought..

The rooms now need renovation. The furniture is old. But it is not uncomfortable. I think the employees should be a little more friendly.

Location is very good. You can easily reach the metro. It is also easy to reach the airport. There are all the shops you need around the hotel. Breakfast could be more enriched but overall it is good. Cleanliness is good. I recommend.

Sometimes the breakfast area felt a little too cramped for comfort. There wasn't that much information provided in reception about attractions around the area.

Im a solo traveller on my first time going dolo in a while. I was a little scared for this holiday to be honest! I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time - around half 11. I was only going to ask if I could leave my suitcase there but not only did they check was the room ready, the bag was brought there and the key given to me with the instruction that it would be ready for me in half a hour! I was shocked in a good way. The bed was so omfortable and extra pillows and blanket are supplied in the wardrobe. The bathroom is clean and large and they even have an indoor retractable washing line should you require it! (I wish I had one of those). Location wise it is a 10 minute walk from Museums quarter, around the same ro Haus des Meeres and a 15-20 minute walk to the Palace. Breakfast was well laid out and there was a good selection of meats, bread and vegetables. Muesli and another were cereals but I wasn't really going for those. I would stay here again!

The interior was a little old-fashioned, but for a stay with the purpose of tourism, it doesn't matter that much. I expected more amenties in the room considering the 4 stars of the hotel, such as kettle, more toiletteries, etc.

Very nice and friendly staff. Beds are comfortable and the room was very spacious. Very clean as well. The breakfast was tasty, although the variety was not huge, it was sufficient. The location is great - very close to the metro, walking distance to the very center of the city, good connection to the airport with metro and train. Overall very nice for a short stay in Vienna.

There was a bit noise from the street (construction work in the morning, Irish bar in the evening) but nothing that earplugs wouldn't have helped with. One towel was already dirty when I arrived. I was surprised that the luggage room wasn't a real "room", just a space under a counter.

Good location very near to a shopping street and U3-metrostation. I got a spacious room. Check-in was possible even though I arrived a bit early. Breakfast was decent. Comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great location. Metro station is within 200 meters and it is a shopping district with all sorts of shops and department stores. 15 minutes walking distance to the museum quarter. The family managing the hotel are very helpful and kind. The gentleman at the reception even made a 3 day sightseeing plan for us on the map. The rooms are quite sufficient. Beds are comfortable, linens are all white and clean such as the bathroom. Breakfast is fine. Very worth the value. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The air in the room is poorly ventilated. No tea station in the room.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my children (16 and 19y.o). Our family room on the second floor was large, clean and overlooked Le Cheri Cafe. The room was cleaned daily, the towels changed and bed made. There was a construction site under the window, but it didn't bother us at all, the work started at 7 am, when we were already awake. It was always quiet at night, and we always went out during the day. Breakfast was the same: eggs, croissants, some kind of cheese and hum, apples, yogurts, tea and coffee, but always fresh and tasty. The location of the hotel - really great: close to the Neubaugasse subway station, Museums Quartire, Mariahilfer Strasse. We arrived at night 11 pm and bought combined tickets at the airport vending machine ( U3+S7 train), it costs 11€ for three people.
