beds too soft lockable bike storage would have been worth considering, we had expensive electric bikes and locking them in the garage didn't seem sufficient I would consider limiting the age of children to under 10 years old; some areas including restaurants were often disturbed by children crying or screaming; alternativelly I would consider areas with separate access

I have no complaints at all. I will definitely return…in fact I will make or a tradition from now on to visit here once a year!!!

I was greeted at the door by the most friendliest doorman, welcoming me by my name and said…from now on you are going to relax and just enjoy, and that is exactly what happened!!!! The buildings are so well kept, everything was the highest quality. The beds were very comfortable and I had an amazing view overlooking the turquoise colored lake and the mountains!!! I felt as if I was staying in a film set, it was almost unreal… the beauty was just breathtaking!!!! The food was absolutely delicious, there was a salat buffet but also we could choose each morning from the menu , what we wanted to be served for our evening meal. The service was friendly and very efficient. The breakfast and lunch was also delicious and the children had also a variety of choose if they didn’t want anything from the menu. The wellness area was amazing!!! So relaxing. The swimming pools outside are heated. I always felt I had so much space in the grounds, it was never crowded, even though I was there at the beginning of the high season!!! My room was prepared every day with great care. I really felt as if I had arrived in paradise. I left feeling relaxed and deeply grateful!!!

Hotel is quite old-fashioned, some public spaces bit dirty and the outdoor pool - main reason why we chose this hotel - was very cold and closed during the day

2 things: 1) The internet connection is horrible. If you are thinking of doing work there that requires a stable internet connection in your room or common areas, forget about it. Don't get me wrong, there is internet connection, but it goes down every two minutes, and then comes back, and that is very frustrating if you need a stable internet connection. One thing about that: it was better in the lobby but I was not planning to be 24 hours in the lobby. I wanted to watch something in my room or while having breakfast. 2) Room: My room was nice but some family members got a room looking to the back. Even that would be fine but the room was located along with the rooms assigned to employees who live there and the view had construction materials and clothes of the employees. Very unfortunate.

The hotel is very nice, well located and it has everything you need to have to enjoy your time there and especially in the lake. I had a blast doing standup paddling or just taking one of the boats and going around with my girlfriend. Breakfast and dinner were good as well and the people were nice. I enjoyed the time with my family there.

Labyrinth of corridors connecting hotel sections. No elevator access to villa rooms from lobby without going through the garage. Stair access to 1st floor. Although hotel prides itself for it’s culinary offerings, we found the chefs choices for menus subpar and far less tasteful from what we would expect from a Gault Millau classification. The going and coming of clients from the salad bar to the outdoor seating areas was similar to a busy airport. Rooms need updating for their 4 star plus rating.
