The location is not the best, and it has nearly no English channels

The hospitality is spot on. I did not have the chance to try the breakfast, but I am sure it would have been nice. The lady in the reception is extremely helpful .

Would be good to have few English channels in television or a YouTube atleast for the money paid. Also some chicken items in breakfast would be an added advantage for non pork or non beef eaters. Other than these 2 I have no negative comments. They are the best.

No words to praise. Excellent stay. Great scenery, mountain view, amazing breakfast.. Smiling, helpful receptionist Conny. If you have not planned anything for the sightseeing blindly follow what Conny says. She suggested few places with directions like konigsee, St Gilligan, etc. They are outstanding places. She also can help in getting a reservation for a #1 Indian curry house in central salzburg. She deserves a bigger credit.

The price was a little on the high end and the location was not entirely convenient.

The room was clean, nice deco, very comfortable, very cozy. Breakfast was awesome! Staff were nice and accommodating. Great for families to stay at.

Nothing. I could have wished for streaming service, or the coffee machine, but really even like it is now, this is excellent.

Amazing, clean and convenient small hotel. Despite its size, it gives you an exclusive feeling: well-designed rooms, great restaurant, small yet new and beautiful wellness and fitness area, children game room. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the kitchen staff produces magic (kudos to Sofia). Easy access by bus to the Old Town, you can also get Salzburg card at the hotel. Parking is ample, easy and convenient, which is a great thing when visiting cities like Salzburg.

Nothing it was perfect

I loved everything thing about this hotel, its the first reason why I fell in love with Salzburg, the hotel owner and her husband are lovely people always smiling and willing to help, I ran with an issue and it got solved with in short minutes, the location is AWESOME waking up to see the mountains around you is something amazing , now lets talk about food , I raise my hat to the amazing chef at the hotel his food is really tasty and we asked for something out of the menu and he delivered it perfectly never missed a breakfast at this hotel .The rooms are so comy and cozy all wooden and guess what they got wireless charging stands LOVED IT . Furthermore Thank to the girl who works at the evening shift she helped us alot as a guide thank you so much sadly I didn't catch her name One last thing this hotel is worth booking , don't mind how far its there is a bus stop close it and at night it becomes so quiet and peaceful

I would give the hotel a rating of 10, if not for assigning us a room the first day with no mountains view. We booked and paid for a room with mountains view.

Spacious and modern room/bathroom/balcony looking over the mountains. Car parking is very convenient in front of the hotel and Staff so friendly and helpful. You can visit Salzburg without the hassle of finding parking using Bus 21 with the bus stop just by the hotel. The breakfast had many verities and great by European standards.

Location was nicely out of town, but nobody mentioned that was 500 m from the airport. Not a busy airport but still Salzburg's international airport. Being out of town there is no restaurants or any other stores within walking distance. You don't have a car, get your own supplies or rely on the minibar (if you can afford it) or frozen pizza from the bar.

Everything was fine but our room itself has the the design with second floor deck that was not really convenient for our 2 years old to climb

Wifi is not good. The shower is very comfy and clean but has weak water pressure and temperature setting is a bit of a challenge. But these drawbacks are very minor

Excellent apartment, great staff, great breakfast and also restaurant is also great for a dinner, very clean and well maintained hotel. Very comfy beds. Nice children playroom. Location is quite off the City center but the bus stop is right outside the door
