We were very satisfied with the stay. Location was perfect and quite. Ski bus stop is in front of pension. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room as it was cleaned daily. Beds were very comfortable and new. Pension has three various saunas steam, infra and finish, which operates daily between 16:30 and 19:30. Breakfast was served early enough to get on the morning slopes. Pension offers variety selection of chees, ham, yoghurt, cereals, vegetables, and boiled eggs. You can also enjoy some sweets with tea, juice or coffee and cappuccino. Next to the entrance they have ski room with ski boots heating. We would definitely come back.

Could be a good idea to get a refillable container for shampoo in the shower, it is also more sustainable than the tiny plastic sachets.

Really a great place to stay if you are going skiing or hiking. Super clean, very nice breakfast, everything in order!

The only thing I can say is that the soundproofing wasn't great. You could hear when people talked in the next room or in the hallway

amazing value for money. Room was very clean and comfortable! There was a mini fridge which was really convenient. Also the room had many power outlets and couple of them were right next to the bed so I could charge my phone while sleeping.

There is only one slight inconvenience and that concerns the wifi in that coverage is patchy. The common areas are OK but not all rooms can access the wifi. It did not impact our stay as we are an older couple who do not rely on access to the internet to communicate :-)

Very warm and friendly staff who were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean and warm accommodation with good facilities. Location is just a few minutes walk from the center and ski lift but if you are feeling lazy then the ski bus stops directly opposite the accommodation. We gad a very enjoyable stay.

We have nothing to fault..

Gastehaus steger is a beautiful hotel and our room was absolutely immaculate and clean. Breakfast facilities where also fantastic. Great location just 5 min walk to the centre of kaprun and ski bus picks you up right outside for zell am see and kitzstiennhorne glacier. The hotel is a credit to it's owners and the team running it.

Nice place with quiet atmosphere, managed by friendly staff. The guesthouse is in close proximity to both Kaprun and Zell am see tourist attractions and they provide summer card.

Very kind staff, modern and clean room, spacious balcony with a nice mountains view, location close to the centre of Kaprun, parking just in front of the building. We also enjoyed the Zell am See summer card issued in this accommodation to the maximum. Highly recommended.

An extra hour for checking out and a complimentary supply of tea or coffee would be fantastic!

Super organized and environmentally conscious, with a keen eye for tiny details that ensure guests' comfort. We had everything you could want during the stay: cleanliness, comfy mattresses, and a large living space with huge balcony. The Summer Travel Card was the icing on the cake — huge savings!

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Lovely rooms, TV in bedroom and seating area although not used much. Large balcony to sit out on at night Daily housekeeping by very chatty cleaner. So comfortable bed. Excellent shower Big opening windows/patio doors so good flow of air through the place. Breakfast selection was continental of course but good choice and healthy. Best of all as we were on a motorcycle, it's very handy for the Grossglockner HochAlpenstrasse.

Breakfast was pretty average - every day for a week in a row the same things of mediocre quality - the ham, supermarket cakes.(I have high expectations, I would appreciate home-baked.) But coffee was good. Grumpy or tired owners.

great location in a short distance from town, restaurants, hiking trails and skilift. nice charge-free wellness are with saunas, steam bad, chill balcony, it is only shame it closes at 19.30h. huge storage for skis and wet stuff. nice room and comfortable bed. Easy parking in front of the building.

We had a great stay :) Daniela and the team at Steger were very welcoming, also before our trip. The hotel & room itself is very spacious, clean and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The only downside was that our stay was short. Also the location is great.

We had great time at Gaestehaus Steger, Frau Daniela is really welcoming and helpful, the rooms are really cozy and breakfast contains everything needed, located in the center of Kaprun, within walking distance to the slope.
