Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We can not say enough good things about Hotel Garni Lavendal! The location is excellent. A bit out of busy/noisy town but with everything you need right near by, including 2 great Italian restaurants, a lift that gets you up to the main ski area, 2 ski rentals and a lovely wine bar/deli. The centre of town is only about 3-400m away so an easy walk if you want to go to the bars and other restaurants. The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are very comfortable. The shower was amazing - we both agreed we didn't want to get out. The breakfast was brilliant. Has a full range of cold items plus hot breakfast to order. There is a delicious fresh cake baked every day. They even went so far as to get my daughter the gluten-free bread she needs. they offer a range of snacks and drinks that you can access self-service and use the honour system to pay. Meant I could enjoy an early coffee every morning. Keeping the whole thing running beautifully is the owner, Caroline and her mother and family. They all made us feel so welcome - as if we had been coming there for years. They were extremely helpful with advice and solving any issues we had. It is because they're hospitality that we hope to return to Lavendel many more times! Thank you Caroline!

Great location, only a 2 minute walk to the nearest ski lift. The rooms were very clean and a comfortable size for a week long stay. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, thank you so much!

The hotel is simple - with noticeable touches - to offer a charming, enjoyable and peaceful stay. The hosting is done with the lightest touch - but there's always someone on hand in case of need. All of Caroline's recommendations and organisation resulted in memorable meals or gatherings. We were already planning our return on the flight home. We will treasure our stay at Lavendel.

Good location for the centre of town. Very close to the cabin taking you to Oberlech, the main chair lift a little further away but still close. I would definitely recommend and hope to return.
