The bed was super uncomfortable for me, mainly because the pillow was way too soft and low, but that's obviously personal preference. We asked for no-feather pillows due to allergies, the normal ones are for sure better. We also got an accessible room (didn't need or ask for it), and the shower and toilet were only separated by a curtain (water could flow on the floor). The toilet seat was really high (I'm 1.80m and my feet didn't touch the ground :D), which was weird.

Overall this was a good hotel, perfect for a one night stay during travels. The room was clean, and breakfast was really good with a lot of options to choose from. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was also very quiet and could be made very dark. The hotel is very close to the highway.

Wi-Fi is not secured. It this type of hotel I would expect secured Wi-Fi without connection risk. There were very slim connecting door between my and neighbour room. In the evening I was bothered by their TV. Contrary, to my regret I probably bothered the neighbourhoods by my snoring during the night.

A lot of broken things (door opening system, air condition, window opening, treasure...). Stuff was very helpful with solving these issues but it was time consuming for both and at a hotel with this standard I would expect it in a better technical condition.

We were not informed about breakfast upon arrival. The restaurant closes at 21:00. There was NO complimentary water in the room, despite it being mandatory for a 4-star hotel. We were also missing the additional cosmetic products like cotton pads. These are also mandatory for 4-star hotel. Upon checkout, when we provided feedback about the noise and water, we were informed that water is not part of the service, but there was a sign in the room that there is a complimentary water in the fridge. The minibar was also empty, this is another 4-star hotel amenity missing in Ramada Graz. The staff in the lobby bar did not speak English. There was noise coming from the adjacent room through the dividing door.

The hotel is conveniently located by the highway and there is a large car park, perfect for a one-night stay for a travellers throughout Europe. The beds are comfortable. Clean.

A long way from town . The tv in both of our rooms had no signal for the two days we were there. We were provided passes to the lake to swim, which was great, but on check out were told we had to return them or pay 50 Euros each! This caused great stress while we searched for them. Luckily we found them . It would have been nice if we were told to keep them at the start. Also I think it’s a bit rough to charge 8 euros a night for parking when the car park is mostly empty and it’s so far from the city…

The room was large and clean. The carpet was new looking and you could actually open the window for some fresh air! The front desk staff were just wonderful. They spoke English and were very friendly. In walking distance to the lake and sculpture park.

Schwarzlsee very close but nothing much there to see. (and you have to pay an entrance). We were with our dog and when we got there - dogs not allowed. Person on reception said that he didn't know that. Food in restaurant was good but very limited choice. Also the menu advertised outside the hotel/restaurant was completely different to the one presented in the restaurant which was disappointing. OK for a one night stop if on the way somewhere otherwise it is not near anything within walking distance (except Schwarzlsee, not worth it). Charged for parking on the hotel's own property when there is nothing else around and no other possibility to park - I don't think this is right.

Room was nice - had problems with first room we were given but it was very quickly changed. Breakfast was good, also very near to motorway (although nothing else around that area). Friendly staff.

I asked about the prices, they were high, and after I said I'd buy on booking.com, the woman at the reception (overweight) treated us very coldly and uninterested. It was nerve-wracking. Except for that woman, everything in the hotel was very good.
