The hotel is in a wonderful location near the woods. In 20 min. you can walk to the main ski station, with the car it takes only 5 min. Rooms are spacey with the ones on the North side facing a wonderful view on the mountains. Breakfast was very good, and last but not least the staff was very friendly and helpful

€14 per person for a very very basic breakfast with minimal options. Average taste of food. Not even a coffee machine. Restaurant is open only during winters. Open pool so very dirty water. Asked for a fan because of the hot weather but they did not have any provision

Room was nice with a good view from the balcony. balcony is common to all rooms in the floor. Lots of free parking space. open pool for swimming.

The Terrasse view of the pond with the mountains behind made for an exceptional relaxing morning. The location was a 5 minute walk from a bus stop, and easy to find. The room was space with a serene view. The breakfast buffet was also well equipped with a variety of options and drinks.

Breakfast was a disappointment sadly, everything was quite stale and unappetising. Some tomatoes, cucumber and fresh eggs would have been nice.

The staff were very friendly. And room was great - It was lovely to have a bath! And the bed was very comfortable. Also we loved the location near the city and ski slopes.

For me personally the mattress was to thin. For one night totally ok but not for more.

Free parking on premise. Perfect location next to nature so that you could easily take a walk.

could not open the door to the balcony as bed was in the way. breakfast staff was unfriendly and had to wait for milk until 7:30 (even though breakfast starts at 7)

Structure without restaurant inside. All the hotel is clean but a little old, if renewed it will be wonderfull

The staff is very kind and helpfull, especially Stephan. The position is 5 km from Innsbruck but with the bus is very easy to go. Bus stop is just 50 mt far and busses every 10 min!

The hotel is dated but at this price good value, and I understand there is a building project scheduled.

The breakfast is excellent. The staff in the restaurant and the cleaners weer all very pleasant, chatty and helpful, especially the waitress. The room with a mountain view and balcony was very spacious and comfortable, with a seating area separated from the sleeping area by almost a" Four Poster " divide, unusual and lovely. I enjoyed the swim in the little lake , which appeared to be a bit cloudy , however that was actually colour from the base of the lake. Situated just at the edge of the village it's easily accessible by public transport from Innsbruck and surrounding villages,so good for exploring.

As I mentioned, the interior is a bit outdated, however the furniture looks good and gives out a rustic feeling that matches with the building and the surroundings. If there was something I'd change is the carpet, and add a shower mat in the bathtub as it was a bit slippery. Everything else was absolutely amazing. Another note that people should keep in mind, if you use google maps for navigation, odds are that they're going to send you to a road that ends with a bar that doesn't allow you to pass further. Try going through Igls town instead, it's easier to find the hotel without risking getting stuck in a narrow pathway with a car.

The location of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and so is the hotel. Although the interior of the rooms is a bit outdated, it matches perfectly with the building and the surroundings. The view of the mountain from the front side is amazing, so much so that I expected Julie Andrews to pop out and sing the Sound of Music. The staff is very helpful, detailed, and quite lively - doesn't happen every day to meet hotel staff enjoying their job.
