The lift was not working and our rooms were in 4th and 5th floor, so moving with the luggage was annoying.

The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was also very helpful.

Would appreciated a cattle and tea/coffee in the room. Safe was broken and not repaired during our stay. (3 nights)

Helpful staff at the reception. Liked the location, easy to rent a bike (just around the corner) and cycled everywhere - 30-40 min most attraction we wanted to see.

There is no daily cleaning unless you pay extra 15 eur everyday There is no kettle in the room Check in should be after 4 pm which is very late Check out should be before 11 am which is very early There is lots of boxes and stuff kept between the rooms in the corridor so acting as obstacles to movement of guests

We booked a double bed but they have just pushed 2 single beds together which creates a gap and is quite uncomfortable. The mattress was also very hard and not very comfortable. The room was very hot and there was no fan in the bathroom.

The room was great value for money. It had a decent sized bathroom and clean room.

The room equipment is outdated in some aspect, and there is technically no reception available in the morning until some point close to the check in time in the afternoon. It would not be very convenient for travellers who are going to leave their luggages to the reception before check-in or after check out

The room is big and spacious, and the hotel locates in a quite area with a reasonably convenient transportation to attractions and city centre. The breakfast is included, it was basic but fresh and good.

Pillow's are not so good, there is no light in room, hotel in 45 minute walk to the center.

When we came, on our check in, receptionist was quite unpleasant, with no smile, no explanations about anything around us. We just got the key and greeted with "Enjoy". When we asked about parking, we got answer that the car is too big for the garage. We got a public parking, and when I asked her to translate me the pricing system in that garage, they didn't have idea how to translate it.

Breakfast was quite decent. Hotel was close to the bus connected to city center.

The coffee machine at breakfast does not have espresso, only capuccino, cocoa and other milk-based drinks. The room does not provide a fridge.

The room was ok, clean, big bathroom, big mirror. The breakfast was simple, but good. Close to the bus station. The reception closes at 23:00, but they gave us an access code. Also, as we had to leave at 6, we left the key in the specially designated box. Very, very warm in the rooms, great thing. A lot kebab shops nearby, also Billa, a non-stop place with automatic machines for drinks and snacks, like the airport ones.

The property was decorated with art for sale and there were different styles to choose from. The young gentlemen during check in was all you need when travelling - talkative, friendly, kind, helpful and professional.
