Location was perfect, just near the underground and tram stations, walking distance to Stephansplatz. Very good breakfast and very kind staff. You have a balcony in your room.

The one thing I never like, is wall to wall carpets on the floors. But they seemed to be very clean, so it was acceptable.

The best part of the stay was that the staff were so friendly and helpful. All of them, and it really made the difference. Also the location was perfect, making it very easy to get to know Wienna. The hotel was very good and comfortable, with good breakfast and great aircondition ( needed as it it close to a busy road).

I would prefer if it had one bed instead of two connected as one, and one cover instead of two separate ones, but I wouldn't consider it as actually a negative and we also knew that this was the case before we booked it. Also I would prefer if they gave the option for a lighter blanket because even when lowering down the heat we were getting too warm. But again that is not actually a negative but personal preference.

The room was cosy and had enough room for two persons. The staff was really polite and helpful. The place was near metro and near the church of St. Stephan. It was very easy to get there from the airport as well. I would choose it again in the future.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to metro and shopping streets . The staff of hotel are super excellent. I felt like staying at home . They are supportive and welcoming. Thank you to all staff . The breakfast was excellent and all staff in restaurant were very nice and kind.

Stayed for 2 nights, it's a small hotel, in a great location, a minute from a metro station and walking distance to different attractions in the inner city. Good breakfast serving eggs of your choice and a buffet. Room had with a balcony, very clean and comfortable bed. The staff are super nice and helpful :) I recommend this hotel

Excellent location, friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast very good, they even put on tea and cakes in the afternoon with board games ideal for a cold afternoon.

Staff were really friendly and so helpful at the hotel. Ideally located for the centre of Vienna, with so many places in walkable distances, plus trams and underground very close by too. Everything was perfect. The room was clean and confortable, the breakfast was very good ( especially the omlette) , the hotel is very close to the Old Center and next to the subway station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I will come back to Vienna, I would definetly stay here again.

The staff was nice, the location was good and walking distance to all the attractions however a bit noisy at night. The rooms were okay, the bed was comfortable. The common areas and the corridors are very narrow. The breakfast is good. Overall we had a good stay.

I really loved the straff, they were amaizing. The lady from the breakfast team really helped me a lot as I had a terrible cold and she offered us tea and took care of us. And I loved that she spoked romanian :)

The only thing that I would recommend for anyone staying who is affected by noise, is to try to get a higher room. There was street noise until 2-3am both nights, but I think if I had a different or higher location, it would have been better.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Capricorno. The staff was great - everyone - from front desk to breakfast to cleaning. They all had smiles, were friendly, and made you feel special. I loved that they have cake & coffee/tea from 3-6pm. The breakfast was wonderful - as were the staff. :) And thank you Marco for the chat. It's always wonderful meeting people who like to talk about the world, culture, music, etc. I hope that Vito lives for many more, healthy years! :) I was also able to attend the Orchestra 1756 Vivaldi Seasons concert at Karlskirche - St. Charles Church, and it was phenomenal! I highly recommend it.
