Too bright light in bathroom, creates discomfort during the night. Ground floor locked after 22:00. Uncomfortable to wait if departure is after 22:00

The hotel had a kid‘s room, which super good for our children to play. The apartment was big enough also.

there was a bus stop outside but this did not go to the university (which I was visiting for 2 days). As someone with limited mobility this made it hard to use public transport - there was a tram stop 15 minute walk away but that then was only 1 stop from the uni, so not worth it for disabled guests. I used taxis instead.

the reception staff were very friendly and helped me with a local taxi number and finding appliances I'd forgotten to pack. Room cleaning was good. There was plenty of space for sleeping, working and relaxing, and a walking wardrobe with additional shelves. Transgender friendly!

Breakfast was expensive -16 euro/ person - and not very varied; no eggs served at the time I was there... Across the street is Billa store, and I found all the salami they served, and the croissants. So, I do not recomand breakfast at the property.

The cleaner didn't restock coffee/tea so I bought my own in the supermarket right next to the hotel. What's much worse, though, once they left a window ajar in my room and I only found out when I came back late in the evening and the room was freezing. My room was on the first floor, so it was just pure luck that nobody stole anything.

The beds and pillows were comfy, there were many plugs in the room, so no trouble charging devices. The rooms are sound insulated, so although there is a busy road in front of the hotel, the traffic didn't disturb my sleep. There is a kettle available in the room so you can make your tea/coffee. I also liked that there is enough room in the wardrobe.

From 21 days i had clened my room only two times and onoy for my ask in reception!! Garbage all time full, i seen it first time.... very bad

Seemingly there was a mistake with the booking, and despite being communicated, there was a baby's crib in the room that was not removed for the whole stay. Aditionally, I do not remember the cleaning policy of the hotel but one day they forgot to pass by to cleanse the room.

The breakfast is abudant and includes any kind of meal you get in the morning. Despite not being well located, there is a bug stop just in front (Bus 33) and with a 8-min walk you reach the tram stop to go the city center

The room seemed smaller than in the description (it certainly didn't feel as spacious as I remembered from a previous stay).

Convenient location by car, reasonably friendly staff, free parking, OK breakfast.

The cleaning was missing; We talked to the reception after 3 days the room without being cleaned, then on that day the cleaning was done, but again no cleaning in the next days. In total we stayed for 6 days stay only 1 time the room was cleaned. The reception refunded the cleaning fee afterwards, which is acceptable, however it would be still better to have a hygiene room rather than the money.

Reception should be open until 5 p.m. We got even the phone call from the reception, where we confirmed our time of arrival before 5 p.m. But, by our arrival at 16:40, the hotel was closed. The phone call to the reception connected us with only German speaker in Munich, without help. After discovery of instructions by night lockers, another phone call to diferent phone number, we got PIN to open the locker with our card. There was another couple of elderly people waiting for help as well. Not welcome surprise.

Great shower, great bed, good breakfast. Clean and spacy room. Great locality if you need one night stop by higway to south.

The reception closed early and it took 25 minutes to get someone on the phone who could help me to get my key as no email was sent.

For us, on bicycles, with only an overnight in Linz, the property location was inconvenient. It’s close to the bike path, but it’s set among gas stations and a busy road.

Great for a quick overnight stay during our trip. The rooms facing the interior were much quieter than the exterior obviously, and the better choice, but comes with a price increase. Great breakfast and the staff were very welcoming, courteous and prefessional

There were some stains on the couch and ottoman.

I very much enjoyed the extra facilities such as the service point. I also found the staff very amicable and helpful. The price for my ca. 10 day stay was all things considered more than fair.
