To have to pick something I’d say the bathroom needs to blinds as it lets a lot of light into the bedroom with the frosted glass door in the mornings. We just put the blanket over the door which helped so it’s the worst issue to have.

Great breakfast and the friendliest staff! The condition of the whole property felt like everything was brand new and everyone that worked there were so helpful and friendly.

Night life in Kaprun is on the quiet side. Within the town there aren't many bars.

Great breakfast, excellent room size and design, location really near to bus stops (50 m to buss stop for Kaprun ski area and 100 m to buss stop for Zell am See ski area). Also, there are some good restaurants in easy walking distance, so no need to worry for lunch or dinner. Everything is really clean and very well maintained, the staff and the owner are very friendly and ready to help with every need. Definitely will return.

Great host! Very friendly and always helpful. The room was great and clean. There is also a ski room with washing and drying machines. The place is close to the bus station. We will for sure return ☺️

We were here for a short vacation. The place is run directly by the owner who is super nice and friendly. Always asks if we need something, always smiling, always super nice and positive. The pension has been renovated recently and is very nice and cosy. Breakfast was very good with delicious hot chocolate. The location of the pension is very quiet, yet close to the city center and ski lifts.

Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations.

The communication and hospitality from Hannah was great! She was very helpful and tentative to our needs, and also provided some great recommendations for the surrounding area. The room & house were very clean, modern, and comfortable. The lounge area was also very warm and inviting.

The room was nice but rather small. There was a small fridge and a kettle in the room but no tea/ coffee or mugs.

The bathroom and shower were great. It was easy to park outside the pension.

We loved our stay in Pension Patricia! Stayed here for 2 nights and we were all very satisfied. Pension is located in a quiet area which we really liked but if you want to go to the city centre, its about 5 minutes walking. The rooms are pretty nice and perfectly clean. But... our biggest thanks comes to Hannah, that nice girl in the reception! Thanks for all your help and for being so kind! Looking forward for our next stay here :)

You’ll need a car because there’s is no public transportation (buses/trains/taxis) so a rented car is a must.

The place is wonderful, clean and private. The staff are super friendly. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the area is. Great breakfast and free parking.

A few issues: - Different standards of cleaning from different employees. One cleaner made the bed and, I think, mopped the floor. It felt nice. But the other cleaner didn't do anything (except put the new toilet paper), even didn't change the towels every 2-3 days as was promised. - Sorry, but for me, breakfast is not rich, there aren't any omelette or fried eggs and no sausages, only boiled eggs from some kind of hot food. - A street light shines to your eyes all night. I had to block it with a decorative pillow (I don't like closed curtains completely). As recommendation. If you are sensitive to noise and don't want to close the window, do not agree to room №1. Window views to parking, some cars drive to the hotel between 3-4-5 am every morning (maybe it was delivery, I don't know). As a result, I didn't sleep well.

Great location, close to the city center and restaurants. Overall room is quite good, but I will write a few issues below. I like the TV with Netflix/Apple TV etc. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were quite empty and not comfortable for me.

Pension Patricia is one of the nicer hotels we stayed at in Austria. Located in a beautiful countryside, the pension offers designed and modern rooms with comfortable beds, a closet, a table, a large TV screen where you can also watch Netflix, an electric kettle and a small refrigerator. The bathroom and toilet are also modern and well equipped. We had breakfast every morning which was reasonably priced, rich and varied. But above all and above all - the main thing in this lovely boarding house is the wonderful attitude of Oliver, the owner who is always at the service of the customer, full of good will to help and assist, donates information with kindness and a smile - all these give the guest the feeling that he is most welcome. In addition to that, since we were staying there for four nights, Oliver equipped us with a discount card that saved us a lot of money. Thanks a lot Oliver, and thanks also sweet Hannah who was so sweet to us. We will definitely come back if we can

We loved this place! I’d say the room looked even better in reality than in the photos. It had everything we needed including a mini fridge and a kettle. The staff was very friendly and would look after our luggage after we checked out and went to do some sightseeing. It’s a very calm location but close to the bus stop that takes you everywhere you need. And the cherry on top is the Summer Card. So it’s a wonderful hotel and great value for money. And who wouldn’t love such a view through the window?
