The location is perfect. You walk out to the main square and are close to a metro, restaurants, and historical sights and museums. This is our second time staying here and we will be back.

Everything was perfect! Would recommend for sure! The hotel is gorgeous! The location cannot be better. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and super clean. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is great and the service is wonderful. They go the extra mile with their service: we were there during Easter and they gave us delicious Lindt chocolate bunnies which we very much appreciated.

The room got rather hot during the night so I turned off the heat in either the bedroom or the bathroom and opened a window a little. A digital bedside clock was missed, as fewer people wear a wristwatch these days, relying on mobile phones and laptops for the time. Not very convenient at sleeptime however. A tea/coffeemaking set-up in the room would be good too.

A very pleasant older-style hotel just a few metres off a main traffic-free shopping.street. The Stephansplatz U-bahn station is less than a minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Katerina on the night shift while I was there. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent with ample hot water at all times. The lift was remarkably fast with practically no waiting time. Not a little box like some older hotels.

There is nothing negative

A very sophisticated hotel, a traditional feel of Vienna. Extremely clean , quiet and brilliant soundproof bedrooms. A very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room which is a priority and a bright bathroom. Heating was perfect and lots of hot water . Everything you require to have pleasant stay was provided . And must not forget how considerate the staff were , ready to assist in any way possible , and so friendly & pleasant to talk to. Also the hotel is located in the best of the best areas, additionally conveniently located to the transportation and all the restaurants , cafeterias and shops . Sights in walking distance and pleasant to be among the locals . Most people spoke English which is a plus .

It’s a very elegant Hotel. The room has wonderful old parquet floors, all furniture is made of fragrant wood, an extremely comfortable bed, and there is absolutely no noise. Helpful staff, got my room two hours early!

Bright and airy, beautifully appointed, excellent location (easy walking to Opera House and just a 5 minute walk to Stephanplatz subway station). While next to busy shopping area, hotel itself is on a quiet adjacent pedestrian street. Good breakfast and good nearby restaurants.

The price, as it was really costly.. I also didn’t like that there was no water kettle available inside our room. Finally, your hotel didn’t have much amenities and facilities. A functional gym would have been a big plus for your clients.

Location was excellent.. It was located right in the middle of shopping and eating places.. The receptionist on duty was very cheerful and helpful and nice.. The idea of having double doors for each room was smart, as it ensured that everything was quiet.. I also loved that even with the nice location, our respective rooms were still quite spacious..

The Hotel should pay attention to taxi service, most of the taxi drivers were not so kind and polite. Therefore I had to seek for a taxi by my self through a private co with a record.

There were some items that was lacked in the single room compared to to the double room and the shower itself less convienient.

The Hotel is in Central Location naar the Cathedral and lot of restaurants nearby. The Metro Station also was very near to the Hotel.
