the hotel is missing some basic things, such as a small refrigerator. In our room there was one closet with one shelf, fortunately for us we only stayed one night there. The hotel does not have an elevator and all bags must be carried up the stairs personally.

The hotel is in an old style, in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains and forest. Next to the hotel is a bus station that can take you to the town center. There are also some restaurants and bars tens and hundreds of meters away. The room is spacious. The hotel has free parking

The rooms were slightly dated but clean. It was quite warm when we stayed there so we had to keep the one window open. Unfortunately given the hotel is on the main road, it was fairly noisy until very late at night and very early in the morning. The rooms did not have tea/ coffees which come in handy when we return late evening and the kitchen has closed. Please do consider adding this in. The cleaning staff missed clearing away used cups, garbage and replace sheets with clean ones on most days. The used plates we kept outside the doors stayed there for over 2 days.

The location was well placed, with a bus stop right outside. This came in very handy when using the rather excellent public transportation system to get where we needed to be. The reception staff was polite, responsive and super helpful at all times. The room was reasonably sized. The rooms were decent sized, well lit and mostly clean. The beds were comfy.

The hotel is not for me. There is no common area where I can sit for a coffee or a drink. There was one room but full of furniture and no WiFi.

No fridge/kettle/tea&coffee in the room. Weak toilet ventilation. No elevator (although we stayed on the first floor so it was not an issue). Suggesting to have a vending machine for drinks (as supermarkets close early in Austria). Not that close to downtown, although bus is available.

Friendly staff. Parking area for the car (although it was an extra 8 EUR). Regular cleaning in the room. Next to a green forest and a little water stream. Playroom and go-cart for kids.

Noisy after 10pm from our next door hotel customers who were drunk . The shower shield was not large enough to block water spraying from the shower head.

The staff were courteous and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage after check out.

Room was nice, comfortable and big but very warm. Location was good, on a bus route from city centre and walking distance for fitter folk. We only had breakfast once as I prefer hot food and it was a cold buffet.

The room is quite clean and has excellent facilities. It’s accessible by public transport and not far away from the city centre. The staff is also very kind.

The breakfast is varied and tasty. Parking on the site and the hotel is as described closed to bus station. Very good connectivity with the bus to downtown.

It's a little bit out of the city centre, but as mentioned above frequent public transport is available to and from the hotel to the centre.

It's a nice comfortable, clean hotel on the cheaper range of price in quite an expensive city. Good wi-fi connection. We only stayed one night and breakfast wasn't available in January so can't comment on the food available. A trolley bus leaves from outside the hotel to the city centre fairly frequently.

It was not dirty,but i can say that it is possible to be a bit more cleaner without hairs in the bathroom. The room was smaller than my expectations and the pillows was very uncomfortable.

The location is not in the center,but the bus stop is next to the hotel and is very easy to get to the main touristic places. The beds was comfortable,the wi-fi was very good and the hot water was hot enough!

Far from main train station. Nearby train station do not have very frequent train to main train station. So better rely on busses if choose to stay in this hotel.

Comfortable enough for a night stay. But stop direct in front of the hotel. Very close to the bus stop that goes to Hallstatt, bus 150.

The room itself was the same as the pictures online. Quiet location, but close to the city centre and very easy access to the train station (bus stop right across the street).

The gentleman on duty in the morning needed to be mindful of his tone. He was very rude when I asked where bags could be left for collection later on, Clearly a language barrier, but patience on his side was needed. He shouted and it was not nice to be made to feel like a fool in a reception area. I left and didn't even say goodbye which is not part of my culture. Be mindful and aware of your tone when working front office.

The room was wonderful and as the lady at reception had stated when we checked in the evening she hoped we would be happy with our river view, it was wonderful. We had a family room that worked well with two teenagers, it was spacious and clean. I wish we could have spent a few more nights in this wonderful hotel.
