First of all, the towels are very small. I think this needs to be changed. There are no bathroom slippers in the rooms. Even though we stayed for 4 nights, the towels were changed only once. The ventilation in the breakfast place is bad. The smell of food does not leave you. But overall it is good.

The location of the hotel is good. The tram passes in front of the hotel. The breakfast is good.The staff is friendly.

Location, Blue line Red Bus hop on hop off stops right outside the hotel. Also, Mariahilf street has all the best shops and restaurants. The front office guy Saqib was excellent and checked us in amazingly well. The breakfast had amazing options and was good.

There is no tea machine in the rooms.

Clean, very close to the stations, the restaurant is great and definitely the best dinner to eat in that area is here. Breakfast is good.

The air conditioning of the room was still set on winter mode and the nights were hot to the extent that we had to open a window.

The noise can be quite unpleasant if your room is up till the 7th floor. We had booked a double room with breakfast included but for some reason, we didn't check the confirmation e-mail. At the reception, we were told that we had a 1 person room but with the option of staying two persons at the same rate, however we had to pay 18 eur extra for the breakfast. The room was clearly a double room, with a double bed and enough space for two, we found this to be a lousy trick to cash in some more money from tourists.

The hotel is very close to the center, people at the reception are very helpful and polite, we were allowed to check-in earlier, the hotel is clean and comfortable, the breakfast has enough options to please everyone.

No privilege of coffee ☕ or hot tea in the room,so it's frustrating after a long day sight seeing, coming back in the room and nothing to drink even a bottle of water.

The comfort, clean toilet and bathroom was an added advantage.

The bathroom was a bit small and not very modern. The housekeeping also tried to enter our room twice without waiting for our response after they knocked.

Breakfast was very nice and room was very clean. The view was also superb. The parking was easily accessible and the staff was quite helpful in accommodating all our requests.

Modern hotel in a good location. Tram stop right in front of hotel. Easy connection to Vienna centre by public transport. Comfortable room and bathroom. Very good breakfast included in the price. Reasonably priced for Vienna. Nice staff, made us feel welcome. We stayed for 6 nights and we were glad to have chosen this hotel.

I would appreciate it if there's a kettle and a coffee.

The room size is average. Our view from the window is the cathedral in front. And there's a tram station just in front of the hotel which is very convenient. It's also less than a km walk going to West HBF. Also, they allowed me to check-in an hour earlier.
