We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was perfect. All the staff are very helpful; the breakfast and dinner are really good with plenty of choice. Superb large room with terrace facing the pool area; air con; large shower. We could store our bikes securely in an inner courtyard. The pools were great. An easy short walk into the historic little town centre; or across the bridge to Slovenia.

AustriaThe room was a joke! You couldn't sit strait on the toilet because the wall was to close!!! Yes, hard to believe but true! Not as pictured.... Also, the bed sqeeked loudly every time you moved during the night. Woke up several times. Very disappointing. And, the end price was slightly higher than the booked price, without any extras. It wouldn't have bothered me had the room been okay.

AustriaStrange dinner menu, food was a touch disappointing. The room on the ground floor has huge windows directly to the pool so if you're not careful, you'll end up directly in view of the people outside - or alternatively you have to close all blinds in the middle of the day. The room design was also peculiar with unfinished bare walls and decor that didn't fit with the rest of the hotel. The bed wasn't comfortable.
Friendly staff, it was cool to get a discount at the spa.
