The bed was not so comfortable. The breakfast lost in variety since last visits before half year. Not to much vegan options (just soy milk) and some granole. Not so tasty fruits.

Hotel with one of the best location on Dornbirn. 5 min. walking distance from the city center. Available sauna as well. Parking garage under the hotel, very comfortable get to the reception.

It would be nice if the price was lower, otherwise everything was perfect.

What I liked most was the design of the hotel. It’s clearly from the 1990’s, with curving walls and surfaces, plywood and stainless steel fittings. It was obviously a high-quality design when built and they have maintained many of the original features, including the furniture in the restaurant. Hotels can get ugly over the years as they implement new designs and technologies into a building, but it is clear with this hotel that they have worked hard to maintain the clean design principals. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful and the bike rental service was superb.

A couple of things were not so great. 1) The coffee from the automatic coffee makers (at breakfast/in restaurant) was really bad. The coffee was very weak/not aromatic...cappuccino tasted like water with milk, espresso just as bad. 2) The fan in the bathroom did not work, so it got steamed up really fast. Not a big deal...but 3) because of that one could see that the glasses in the bathroom were not new/clean. They had just been "wiped" and set back. :-(

Very friendly staff! Very good breakfast with a large choice of cold and warm dishes/items. We rented e-bikes. They were in very good condition and at a good price. The hotel was designed by a well-known architectural firm from the region. Some details are a bit dated, but it has aged very well / has been maintained very well.

Although there was an error in the rate and room type on the booking.com, the hotel manager on duty gave the room at the booking rate. Thank you! We needed to print a document urgently in the middle of the night and the duty manager, Mr OSCAR, went out of his way to deal with our special request, thank you very much. We will stay at your hotel again next time. The Hotel is very closed to the city center.

Poor insulation of the room door Crowded breakfast zone, we were literally disputed by a staff complaining that we seated on a table « prepared for the evening ». Hopefully, another lady was much more friendly, but the reaction of the other is unacceptable… this is what I’ll keep as a shocking souvenir from this hotel.

Bathroom sink was clogged, occasional silverfishes on the floor, bare minimum on amenities (even for Covid standards), and cold breakfast (eggs and meat) when they switched to buffet. Rooms are not soundproof.

Spacious rooms, heated bathroom floors, lots of space for clothes, big tv with great HD, tasty pastries & yoghurt for breakfast and comfortable bed.
