There is no reception during night from 9.00 to 07.00. Also, the ventilation was extremely noisy. After we used the bathroom we had to turn off the electricity in the room so that the ventilation would stop making noise.

The hotel was good, we stayed only one night and it was the last moment decision, so we didn't have high expectations, but it was good. The lady (Asian) in reception let us start the breakfast 20 min earlier than normal time, as we were in hurry, I appreciate this kind gesture, thank you!

Nothing really.

the hotel looks very new and clean and the corridor lights are bright which gives us a very safe and comfortable feeling. Our arrival was late at night but I got a message from the hotel informing us that reception would be closed at 9pm and a clear message on how to get into the hotel and retrieve the keys. The only little problem I had was for the 1st 3 nights, the room service was only changing clean towels; the beds were not tidied. We didn't know what the norm is so we did not feedback. But the last 2 nights, the bed was tidied up :) But this is not a big issue for us. We did not have the hotel breakfast (which is Eur12,00). I almost don't have any bad comments about the hotel and our stay. Will come back again!

The room looked out onto a very busy, noisy street, which caused sleep issues.The air ventilating machine was noisy, as I find these machines are.

The hotel is besides to a very noisy main road, we could not open the window. But there is no air conditioning, the room is very warm. The room is very simple, like a dormitory room. The bathroom and the shower are very small. The matress in the bed is too hard. The breakfast was nothing special, but the pastries were very fresh. Altogether this hotel is too expensive for it's value. We spent there only one night and I paid 188 EUR for three persons! Plus the parking lot was 15 EUR for 24 hours.

The hotel is very close to the centrum, but this is it's only advantage. The members of the staff were quite friendly.

I stayed for 5 days, and the internet only worked on one day. Also I asked on my first and second day for my bedlight to be repared, but it never happened. The breakfast is okay to good, but there's no fresh fruit, just a lot of bread. And the staff... Well, they weren't unfriendly, but that's it. Expect no smiles or proactivity at the reception.

The room was very clean. Also great location. I did everything by bike, there's a WienMobil-station for bikes 1 minute from the hotel.

Great location - 10 min from the main train station on 13A bus. Walking distance to nice pubs and historic center. Excellent central heating!! Clean.

The room was really hot, we could not turn off the heating, so we needed to sleep with open window. We told the reception when leaving and they said they will fix it.

The hotel is really good for a short trip. Nice location, close to the center on foot. The rooms were clean with everything you need. Our windows did not face the street, it was quiet at night. Breakfast was good selection. breakfast room was like a café. Staff was friendly. We parked few streets further (but I saw there is a possiblity to reserve paid parking).

While I was staying in the room, my door was opened twice. There was no knock on the door. Then I opened the door and saw the cleaning lady. He walked away without even looking at me or apologizing. There may not be a card at the door. He should have at least knocked on the door and apologized when he saw there was someone inside. When I explained the situation to the lady at the reception, she apologized instead of the cleaner. Other than that there was no problem. The room was clean and quiet. I might stay again.

The location is not bad. You have to walk 2-3 km to the center. Just across from it is Billa. You can meet your water or other breakfast needs.

Friendly staff, close to U-Bahn, great breakfast! The convenience is that after checking out from the hotel, you can leave your bags in the room next to the reception desk until the evening and go for a leisurely sightseeing of Wien.

Perfect location if you want to walk around the town, near Maria Hilfestarasse, museums and oceanarium, as well as metro stations, just perfect location. It clean, warm, and nice for short stays.
