The breakfast was surprisingly poor when it comes to variety. There were no scrambled eggs, no bacon. Just a few vegetables option, a couple of salami and cheese to choose from.

The position of the hotel close to the city center. The bus station was straight in front of the hotel. Very nice personnel. Cozy lobby.

The room didn't have a mini fridge, or a kettle for morning tea/coffee or water bottles. I did miss a nice early morning coffee by the window while enjoying the view.

The view from the room of the Alps was spectacular, the room was cozy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The location wasn't far from the old town and it was easily accessible by the bus that started from right opposite the hotel. The airport was also just a 10 mins drive away and the helpful staff booked an early morning taxi for me.

Great location, in the southern part of the town, magnificent walking area with parks and castles, supermarket and shopping mall nearby. Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-outs. Breakfast is a bit modest, although with focus on bio and sustainable consumption, with thorough selection of products - everything is fresh, very qualitative. Great collection of teas as hot drinks for breakfast. Clean room, towels change every day. Warm and heated bathroom. Overall experience definitely covers its value for money.

very easy to access. i like the idea of the billa supermarket literaly 20 m away. Comfortable sleep. Good and plenty of lounge space while waiting friends or taxies.

It was a very lovely, comfortable, clean and beautiful hotel in a lovely town. The location was very good.t There was a huge supermarket in front of the hotel, and there was a bus stop in 2 minutes. The staff was lovely and friendly. The room was neat, clean and refined. Exactly same as you see in the photos. I will definitely come back to Salzburg in the same hotel.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. All the television channels were in German. No other complaints at all, and these things were not dealbreakers.

Awesome hotel very conveniently situated at the bus stop, just a few minutes out of the city centre. Great decor and comfort, with good proximity to shops and incredibly friendly staff. Had a great stay!

The hotel is out of town on a dual carriageway (although no noise inside the hotel) and it would have been helpful to have information on the website/hotel info on transport from the centre. It is very easy to get to if you know the number of the buses (3 or 8) and there is stop directly outside the hotel. It would have been good to have 2 chairs in the bedroom

A great bar and lounging area, drinks and snacks very reasonably priced. Staff at check in were very friendly. Our room was comfortable and very clean. We found a fabulous Indian restaurant (Lakhi) just around the corner

Tea and Coffee and a jug in the room would have been nice.

The location was great - close enough to easily catch a bus across the road to the city and far enough to be less crowded. We walked to Hellbrunn Park and the local shopping centres and ate at the local restaurants.

The receptionis the bar at the same time. But it was a nice space saving idea.

The mountain alps view from my room. Location is great. Bus station in front of the hotel. 10 minutes to old town. At the back is a supermarket with coffee shop and resto inside. Very quiet neighborhood. Theres a bar in the lobby if you want to unwind before going to sleep.
