We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandOur flight meant we were into the resort at 10.30pm - they dont offer late checkin and I asked them if they could leave the key for me somewhere and they would not. Luckily i had a friend who called to get the key during the day. However I noticed that the hotel had a busy bar that was opened late - it would have been very easy for them to leave the key for me there but they did not. also the room does not have any facilities to cook. No microwave or cooker. There was extra charges in local taxes of about £50 for a 4 night stay.
The room met expectations also this was only a 5-6 min walk from the lifts. There was also several bus stops close by but we did not need to use them. The restaurant and bar beside the motel was very nice. there were other really nice restaurants and bars on the same street.

GermanyThe double bed was actually two singles put together, which parted on a couple of occasions; not ideal if you like your partner! Also, Nespresso coffee machine provided, but no capsules!
Great room with a terrace and kitchenette; very clean, spacious and reasonable value for money too. Adjacent restaurant and museum very convenient; although we didn’t eat there, menu looked comprehensive and a great ambience, with many museum exhibits spread around. Pet friendly, with poop bags and doggie treats provided on arrival. Would definitely consider going back

Hong Kong- the shower is a bit old but alright. - the bedside stand is tilted, my phone dropped and broke the glass:( - no mosquito net, got bitten quick a lot when asleep
It’s a nice place with a good size room. The entrance area is big so I guess it will be good for a ski holiday. Like the big balcony even though we didn’t get to use it.
